호수 전망 디럭스룸을 예약했음. 체크인 시 직원은 테라스에 기둥이 있어 룸에서는 호수를 부분만 볼 수 있지만, 고층이라 테라스에 나가면 아름다운 호수 뷰를 볼 수 있다며 좋은 룸을 배정했다고 함. 룸에 올라가 보니 테라스로 호수가 보이는 게 아니고 어마무시한 시멘트 기둥만 보임. 방을 바꿔 달라 요구했더니 만실이라 안 된다고 함. 방 내부가 다른 룸과 같은 디럭스라 문제 없다고 함. 기둥이 있는 룸 배정은 고객이 늦게 체크인해서 그렇다고 하며, 고객에게 문제를 전가하고, 고객 불편에 대한 배려는 일체 없었음.
권한 없는 프론트 직원의 태도도 문제지만, 호텔 자체의 운영 방식과 기업 윤리 문제가 있는 것 같음.

Perfect stay in Gangneung with beautiful sunrise over the ocean
Pros:

We loved this hotel. It was such a good price and high quality. We had an ocean view which was perfect. We would open up the door and listen to the sound of the ocean and watch sunrise. The beds were on the firmer side (which is typical for hotels in Korea) but still comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. There is underground parking onsite and the first floor has multiple restaurants. There are also a ton of restaurants within easy walking distance. We wished we could have stayed here longer.

Es gab zwar einige kleinere Kritikpunkte, aber insgesamt war es nicht schlecht.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zwischen Meer und See war sehr schön. Sehr schönener Ausblick.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war zwar nicht unfreundlich, wirkte aber sehr sachlich und distanziert.
Da es ziemlich voll war, konnte man vieles schlecht verstehen, sodass wir mehrmals nachfragen mussten – dennoch hatte man den Eindruck, als wolle man nicht lauter sprechen.

Good location but needs to up the game with cleanliness
Pros:

Good location. Breakfast desk welcome pleasant. Carrot juicer at breakfast nice touch. Could do with more vegetarian options.

Cons:

No water dispenser on floors or lobby.
Had to call housekeeping to clean room as they did not do a proper job.
Gym equipped well but busy and the yoga mat area was crowded and certainly needed a good clean as there were hairs on the mats and floor.
