Stay was great.
Pros:

Staff is fantastic. Property is very clean and maintained. Parking very easy

Cons:

The room is great but unprepared or forgotten this time. Our room had an adjoining door that we did not request. A bit disturbing. The room also had a bathtub we did not ask for. The refrigerator was dead and the garbage was not emptied.
Very surprised because we have stayed here many times before and will stay here again.
We all have data that happen but overall this is an excellent place to stay. Recommend for sure.

Room was clean and spacious with ample seating, closet space, etc.

Cons:

Coffee bar had a Keurig but only one coffee pod and a couple of teas and water to make the coffee was an extra charge. There was no hot chocolate in the entire hotel to buy. Staff-person who was there was very nice and hard working, but there seemed to only one person working at a time in the entire hotel.

Location to train station. Restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Room was outdated. Not very clean. Smelled like a wet do) g. Some of the lights, vent in bathroom did not work. Front desk not very helpful with questions related to dining. Felt over priced fir what we received.

Breakfast was small and not very appetizing. Bacon looked raw. Woman questioned me about my “voucher” for breakfast for 3-4 minutes after I told her I wasn’t given any and I had confirmation on my phone which I showed her. She then proceeded to go to the front desk to verify wasting more of my time. She finally came back and said it was ok, and that’s when I had the displeasure of actually getting to the breakfast. There was also some people racing cars through your parking lot and doing donuts on the 2nd level. I had to jump out of the way of a car with 2 kids hanging out the windows yelling. When we alerted staff, they laughed and said it happens all the time. For $200+ a night, this seems outrageous.
