Vastly Improved Breakfast Process
Pros:

In the past, there was no communication between the breakfast room and the front desk and one was charged again, though breakfast was already paid for with the room. That problem has been fixed with breakfast vouchers delivered to the guest at check-in -- not perfect, as the voucher is easy to forget or lose, but much better. A better solution would be a list of guests whose breakfasts are included with their rooms, as most hotels use in their restaurants -- or better yet, simply a free breakfast buffet, given the relatively high price of the rooms.

Cons:

Furniture in room is showing wear-and-tear.

This was an average Hilton. Amenities were few, desk personnel were pleasant.
Pros:

Convenient location, nice rooms, easy access to internet, nice personnel.

Cons:

I didn't like that you had to pay for breakfast. Most Hilton's I have stayed at have free breakfast. Also, only one elevator was working which made getting to and from your room take a lot longer than it should have. Other guests said the elevator had been broken for a week. Also there were no luggage carts available when checking in.

Very comfortable Hilton with great service north of New York City
Pros:

Best thing were the beds: super comfortable and a major differentiator. The staff was super nice and great customer service. They had had a problem and they could not check us in until after 3:30, but they gave us free parking and all sorts of special amenities. The washer and dryer was good too. The rooms were quiet even though there were a bunch of wedding parties and breakfast was very good. Again at breakfast the server was lovely. The maids were also very nice. Very good customer service all around.

Cons:

The $15/night parking fee which seems unnecessary given the suburban location and that you access the lobby from a parking lot behind a shopping mall where the parking is free. Nevertheless, this was the best of these type properties I’ve stayed at in a month and I’ve stayed at a Springfield inn and suites and a residence inn. This property was about $40 more and we got real knives and forks, better breakfast and much more comfort for value.
