This was an average Hilton. Amenities were few, desk personnel were pleasant.
Pros:

Convenient location, nice rooms, easy access to internet, nice personnel.

Cons:

I didn't like that you had to pay for breakfast. Most Hilton's I have stayed at have free breakfast. Also, only one elevator was working which made getting to and from your room take a lot longer than it should have. Other guests said the elevator had been broken for a week. Also there were no luggage carts available when checking in.

Very comfortable Hilton with great service north of New York City
Pros:

Best thing were the beds: super comfortable and a major differentiator. The staff was super nice and great customer service. They had had a problem and they could not check us in until after 3:30, but they gave us free parking and all sorts of special amenities. The washer and dryer was good too. The rooms were quiet even though there were a bunch of wedding parties and breakfast was very good. Again at breakfast the server was lovely. The maids were also very nice. Very good customer service all around.

Cons:

The $15/night parking fee which seems unnecessary given the suburban location and that you access the lobby from a parking lot behind a shopping mall where the parking is free. Nevertheless, this was the best of these type properties I’ve stayed at in a month and I’ve stayed at a Springfield inn and suites and a residence inn. This property was about $40 more and we got real knives and forks, better breakfast and much more comfort for value.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, good coffee maker, nice little gym and friendly staff. Lots of amenities in the complex.

Cons:

I think they should tell you when you request a late check that they are going to charge you $30 for this. I requested an 11:45 am check out and only ended up using about 15 minutes, and left the room at 11:15 am. Had I known there was going to be a surcharge, I would have left the room at 11 am. I didn't know about it until I saw it on my emailed bill.

There were crumbs by the garbage under the desk
I understand your a dog friendly place but maybe just making g a section of the hotel so people with allergies don't suffer. The receptionist was not friendly
