Great stay in a clean business hotel
Pros:

Great, convenient, super clean hotel near downtown Cedar Rapids, easily accessible with plenty of parking. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the local suggestions of things to do on the white boards in the lobby!

Cons:

nothing. great budget stay.

Great facility overall but, doors need attention and be fixed permanently.
Pros:

Love the rooms and hotel in general. Always clean and comfortable with a fresh feel. Staff is friendly and I love the lobby area. The breakfast is pretty decent.

Cons:

I have stayed at this location two times in a month and both times I was there, the hallway exit door was "out of service - needed reprogramming". While it seems it should be fairly irrelevant - it's highly inconvenient and is one of the reasons why I choose my room the way I do - to be near an side door that I can utilize going both in AND out. The door needs to be fixed properly.

This was a good place for an overnight stay
Pros:

Very clean. The room was a modern efficiency room that worked but I would not want to stay several days. There were nice activities available outside the room, however (pool table). Good interactions with staff. A variety of breakfast foods in the morning.

Wished the room had been a bit wider, but it worked for an overnight stay
