Pros:

The atmosphere is very cool, and a good location.

The check in staff were less than helpful and friendly.I was bringing in a lot of things, as I was traveling with three month old and didn't realize there were carts there.On the side and they did not offer them or to help me.

It was amazing.
Pros:

The city view and the bar up on the 11th floor! So convenient when you’re staying at The Porter. You can have a quick bit and a few drinks without worrying about driving.

I likely will not be staying again.
Pros:

The rooftop bar was fantastic! Delicious fries.

Cons:

Room was not fully cleaned. There was still pieces of the previous persons stay in the fridge and the toilet room doors were not cleaned. A lot of the shopping and stores near by were closed and or vacant. Front desk staff was not very informational.
