Excellent accomodations
Pros:

The hotel was warm, welcoming, and luxurious. The price was fantastic. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were a wonderful addition.

Cons:

The restaurant service was too slow as there was only one person seating, taking orders, and delivering food during the morning breakfast rush.

Great location and super comfortable beds.
Pros:

Loved the daily $15 stipend. My boyfriend and I used it at the coffee shop downstairs and love the amenities there.

Cons:

I think the only thing was having to remind the staff we needed towels and it took a while to get extra.

Would definitely stay again. Every accommodation met.
Pros:

Very accommodative staff, early check in, late check out, fabulous indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Everything was very clean. Prime walking location.

We left a day early as we just didn’t like the hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The location didn’t fit our needs. The restaurant food was disappointing, small portions, way overly priced and cheap ingredients that were probably bought at Costco or similar wholesale business.
Most rooms had terrible views and are dark.

A comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.
Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet even though located close to elevator and ice machine.
Jacuzzi and pool were a great perk. Staff were helpful and efficient.
Water bottle filling station on first floor.
Later hours for food available on 16th floor in the rooftop restaurant.
Location right by waterfront park.

Cons:

Restaurant coffee was not good (flavor and was weak)
