Pros:

Etant seule, il m'a été proposé une chambre PMR, ce qui permet d'avoir une chambre spacieuse.
La chambre est en rez de chaussée mais des volets permettent de laisser la fenêtre ouverte même la nuit.
Le lit était très confortable, la salle de bains bien aménagée.
La chambre était très propre et très bien équipée (prises, porte manteaux, cintre, porte valise, bouilloire, ..)
Le petit déjeuner était excellent et bien fourni. La salle est agréable.
L'espace détente / bar est très agréable le soir, pour ne pas rester confiné dans sa chambre
Très proche du centre à pieds dès lors qu'on a aucun souci pour marcher (car Laval est située dans une cuvette et l'hôtel en haut de la ville)
L'hôtel accueillait une délégation de sportifs pour un évènement le lendemain mais les chambres sont très bien insonorisée
Le parking est gratuit et spacieux. La quartier était calme.

Cons:

La porte de service permettant d'accéder à la chambre mitoyenne est le seul point noir de l'insonorisation. J'ai heureusement eu des voisins très attentifs (et ceux malgré la présence d'un très jeune enfant) car on entend tout par cette porte.
La vue de la fenêtre de chambre donnait lors de mon passage vue sur des échafaudages; il faut bien que les travaux se fassent . Pas gênant pour une nuit.

Pros:

Comfortable beds with memory foam mattress and pillows and highly convenient location for drivers. Good breakfast with wide selection, although expensive.

Cons:

We have a family of 5 (2 adults 3 children) and they had no family rooms to accommodate everyone, so we had to book two, which were then not even on the same floor!
Shower was TERRIBLE- either freezing or scalding hot and absolutely no water pressure so had to sit down to be able to wash my hair.

Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen und die Zimmer waren sauber! Frühstück ist typisch für Frankreich!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber!

Cons:

Das Standardzimmer hatte keine Klima und vor der Trassentür eine Baustelle! Da das Zimmer einen Eigengebrauch hatte war an lüften nicht zu denken!
