Fantastic location right outside the old city part and near plenty of coffee shops, shops and restaurants.
Quit at night, great (small) swimming pool and terrace on the first floor.
The check-in process was rather slow.
We tried the food once at the pool, a guacamole, and it was not nice at all.
Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, el barrio de Jalatlaco es muy hermoso. Es un lugar muy agradable y cerca del centro.
Considero que este no es el caso, todo estuvo muy bien.
La ubicación
El personal que nos recibió no tiene tacto ni profesionalidad. Ademas pagamos por un cuarto más grande y nos dieron un pequeño que daba a la terraza con música que no deja dormir, en la noche se escuchan golpes del callejón de estacionamiento y la chapa del cuarto se descompuso y no podíamos entrar y mi pequeña Chihuahua encerrada. Lo del cambio de cuarto lo pedimos y el personal a pesar de música y ruidos fue indiferente. Muy mal

Después de la ducha se almacena el agua fuera de la regadera siento que deben de poner un pequeño drenaje por qué si es incómodo al utilizar el sanitario
Pagué 5500 por noche y mi cuarto era muy pequeño y obscuro
No hay en donde poner mis cosas en el baño

Beautiful and location
Was good
Hotel was really pretty and clean. The bar was good and also the restaurant's breakfast. Location was within walking distance on city center. Lots of coffee shops and shopping. The only bad comment I would have is the bed, it was not comfortable at all. I requested a mattress toper or changed of mattress to front desk, but nothing was done to solve the issue.
If you’re traveling to Oaxaca, this was a beautiful place to stay in the arts district. The hotel itself is beautiful (like everything else in the city), rooms are small but comfy, staff is lovely (but expect little English to be spoken). Tons of great food and artisans around. Gym is decent.

The property is listed as a 4 start hotel but lacked some of the most basic amenities present in hotels at that tier and below e.g. coffee in the room, a fridge, decent tv, etc. The wi-fi was not working at all in the room. Staff was ok not what you would expect for a brand like Marriot. For this price point this is a huge disappointment.
