Holiday Inn Club Vacations Fox River Resort at Sheridan, an IHG Hotel

I liked that there were activities for the family to do. The one thing i would change would be the dining table chairs. They are very uncomfortable to sit in and a side chair in the ruins would be nice. We had no idea how to turn on the shower part in the suite either. Would be nice to have a bathroom outside of a room. With a family of 6, it was a lot of waiting for someone to get out of your room.

Been staying there for years always a relaxing experiance

We brought my grandson who is 6 he loved the pool, game room. Our room was a nice size with two queen beds and a kitchenette to cook in great place

The Lodge units are a great value with good amenities including full kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a private balcony. Such a great option to get away and close to amenities like canoeing on Fox River. Staff provided excellent service too.

We love coking here close getaway.

We were traveling with our son and his son. We only used the outdoor pool and waterpark both were really nice. Room was large, clean and had all we needed. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. People were friendly and the room was quiet.

My family had a great time at this resort….we will definitely be back

Kicked us out of the end of our movie. That sucks my kids were crying and we were furious due to this being the ending result.

We stumbled upon this incredible deal and what an amazing place at such a reasonable price! So clean and beautiful everywhere! The room was incredible with a full kitchen and total comfort! The pools were also beautiful and we were very grateful that they were open so late in the evening as we arrived around 8pm. The hot tub was especially appreciated. The staff were friendly and the amenities and activities were exceptionally fun and creative! We loved the game room, chess, tennis, and mini golf. This is a place we would try to come each year. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Overall trip was good furnishings could be updated. Only problem we had was no hot water a few of the days. One day it was cold in the afternoon but then in the morning we got hot water back and then no hot water for the next day and a half.

The property was great quiet and clean. We will definitely revisit again.

Oh but pack food to cook because there isn’t any dining close by.

So nice. The presidential villas were amazing. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens!!
The balcony was great, just a lot of bugs!

Pirate Cay is a drive away and costs to get in. Checks hours before booking. We enjoyed our stay! Very cool and not far from Chicago. Surrounding areas did have Trump signs in yard.

Target was a quiet stay after 2 long days on the road. This fit the bill granted as it gets warmer that might be the case as swimming weather gets better. The hiking trail took me about 35 min. There is no on property food service I didnt check out Norway store but I expect its just a C store so ottawa is nearest groc to east and south

It was a great time always it's our home way from home

My family and I really enjoyed the property.

Our room was not very clean, at least not what I would expect.

The dining are very uncomfortable. They sink in when you set down.

The accommodations was good, the only thing I didn't like was the water park tickets wasn't included in the price.
