I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Mabrouk in Agadir and overall it was a great experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shops, cafes, and not too far from the beach, which made it easy to explore the area.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, they made sure everything was comfortable and smooth. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, they responded politely and professionally.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and the bed was comfortable, which helped me rest well after long days out in the city. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing.

I also appreciated the good value for money. For the price, the services and comfort provided were more than satisfactory. It’s a simple but honest hotel that delivers what it promises.

Overall, I am happy with my stay at Hotel Mabrouk and would recommend it to anyone visiting Agadir, especially travelers looking for a clean, affordable, and friendly place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:

The hotel tax was 35 DH. I paid 50 DH at reception and didn’t get my 15 DH change back, but it’s okay 😂 I’ll take it as my luck.

J’ai passé une mauvaise expérience dans cet hotel, le volume de la musique est extrêmement fort dans la piscine empêcher de se reposer dans la chambre jusqu’à 1h30 la nuit. La clientèle est irrespectueuse de cet hotel et produisait des nuisances sonores pendant toute la soirée. Après avoir appelé la réception 3 fois, aucune solution n’a été faite pour inciter les autres voyageurs a baisser le son. Les hurlements et cries dans les couloirs et bruits des boites de nuits d’a côté ont rendu le séjour une catastrophe. Malgré le changement de la chambre par l’établissement, on avait droit au même comportement des clients sans aucune action de remise d’ordre par la direction. On était obligé de finir notre séjour dignement ailleurs. La chambre était propre mais porte des traces de brûlure des chicha par terre. Le petit déjeuner étais très basique et ne valait pas le prix de la chambre.
Je ne recommande pas cet hotel (ou plutôt boite de nuit) et le rapport qualité prix est extrêmement exagéré.

On a positive note, the staff are very polite and genuinely try to help with any requests. Their attitude is the only strong point. Especially Youssef who always welcomed us with a smile.

Cons:

Warning: most positive reviews appear to be for the nightclub, not the hotel.

Mabrouk is primarily a nightclub complex; the hotel feels like a secondary operation.

There is no elevator in the hotel, so have that in mind if you are considering staying here.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in extremely poor condition. The parquet floors, cabinets, and interior are heavily damaged by water. There is severe mold in the rooms—so bad that anything you bring home will likely need multiple washes.

Smoking is allowed indoors, and on top of that, an excessive amount of cleaning chemicals is used, leaving the air heavily saturated and unpleasant.

The complex includes three clubs, which may look nice, but if you are not used to Moroccan nightlife, the atmosphere can feel strange. Dancing or any kind of open fun activity is clearly discouraged or not allowed.

Prices are very high for tourists: approximately £8 for a pint of beer and £16 for a vodka Red Bull, plus additional service fees.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with friends, a partner, or family, I strongly recommend choosing somewhere else.
