Horrible place to get into, smelled bad and the room was dirty. The lighting had all shades of light.

Dirty room, disgusting staff, not typical Mainstay standards

Checked into our room, immediately noticed the beds were DIRTY!! Sheets never changed, dirty comforter… The room next to ours had a lot of noise going on as they were checking in due to them finding roaches. Went to the front desk and they did send someone to change both beds on the room and bring us more towels because they only had 2 towels for a 4 person room. The head housekeeper was extremely nice and made sure that room was up to our expectations before leaving.
The entrance into the hotel is very inconvenient. You have to make sure to immediately turn into as you pull onto the road otherwise you have to drive a circle and come back to it.
The night staff (man) was disgusting and rude. Continued to loudly burp over and over and over as we sat in the lobby waiting for laundry to get done. He walked past us to go cook his food… burping
loudly… witnessed him ignoring the phone ringing while he played on his phone or took personal calls.. we counted 11 calls he ignored just while we were there. Ridiculous.

We do not plan to ever stay here again We have stayed at MainStay suites in other places and this was not up to standard.

Breakfast wasn't amazing but can't complain 😌 and there was only one way to get to it , but no big deal .

Good value for the absolute basics, with great staff.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Cons:

Location was great, but getting into the property was as at times difficult due to the way the entrance was positioned. Entering hotel also had a strong smell like they were trying to cover something up. Breakfast was very limited and poorly positioned and caused much congestion. Properly was actually 2 different hotels in one building which made it slightly confusing. Also my key stopped working a couple of times due to the door mechanism not working properly so I had to wait an extended amount of time to get into my room if I left. The staff tried to make it right and would quickly drop their task to help me out but just inconvenient for both of us.

The rooms were dirty. The walls and. Wiling were visibly dirty as was the couch. There was a cockroach in our room and some garbage left from a previous guest on the far side of the bed.

This is a Amazing Hotel
Pros:

Our stay at Mainstay Suites was awesome! My family and I loved every aspect of the hotel. The kids especially enjoyed the morning breakfast, and we all had a great time. It was an amazing experience for us!

Beautiful spacious clean room, breakfast was below average. Will not likely return

Disappointed.
Pros:

Left before breakfast. Bed too soft for good sleep.

Cons:

1) Both luggage carts have bad wheels that drag/lock up.
2) The desk clerk is also the shuttle driver to the airport. Waited 15 minutes to check in - until he returned.
3) The shower floor had mold in the corner.
4) The shower head connection to the supply pipe leaks. Loss of pressure to shower head.
5) The shower tub is tilted incorrectly - away from the drain. Result is standing in a pool of water.
6) The bedside lamps are a poor design. Hard to find/reach the switches. They have tall legs and large lamp shades. The switches are right below the bulbs on the stalk. Have to reach high up under the lamp shades to switch lights on/off.
7) The bed was too soft - not supportive.
