見た目だけと、最低限のホスピタリティの五つ星？
Pros:

朝食のメニューが多くおいしかった。

Cons:

エアコンの効きがイマイチ。
ホテル自体は五つ星ホテルの感じはするが、
荷物を部屋まで運ぶ人、チェックインカウンターまで運ぶ人が居ない。
ローカー、ロビーはエアコンが効いて居なく
寒かった。
バスローブもひとつしかついて居ない。

Lovely hotel with a huge, beautifully designed room. The bathroom and shower were amazing, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — just perfect. The hotel taxi service to and from the airport was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

Cons:

I had to figure out on my own when and where to get the taxi so clearer information from the hotel would be helpful. Fortunately an airport staff member at the information desk was very kind and using Google Translate to communicate with each other, she contacted the hotel for me and explained everything I needed to know.

Pros:

Everything was exceptional, especially Alice who checked me in and the cleaning lady, who was very nice. Dry cleaning was also spot on and the big chef was a great guy with good cooking skills. Please visit with them

Pros:

The hotel was lovely, the room was nice and big, and teh king size bed was a dream to sleep on! The hotel staff were very helpful with the check in process. The breakfast was very good, there was a lot to choose from. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The airport shuttle was a very convenient touch, very nice vehicle which ot us to the airport in less than 20 minutes.
