My first impression entering the hotel was impressive so was a great start to my 7 days stay. The b/fast was excellent with lots of options and the coffee was on point, and having a restaurant at the pool was very convenient. I used the gym a few time which was very well equipped. All staff were outstanding in their presentation and service they provide with the exception of one minor issue, see below.

Cons:

I could not work the phone in my room so had to go down to reception and ask them to send someone up to sort out. I had to go down the next day and remind them then had to go down the next day again!! So I waited at reception and someone came up and sorted it out. Was a bit inconvenient. I used the laundry service which was rather expensive.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, et le personnel est exceptionnellement accueillant et professionnel. Les équipements, notamment la piscine et la vue, sont incroyables. Rien à redire.

It truly shows why this is a 5-star hotel. The room was elegant, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was spotless. Swimming in the infinity pool at night was a highlight—such a great experience.

The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived; every single person went out of their way to make us feel special. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive variety of international options—I honestly wish I had two stomachs so I could try everything.

We were sad to only stay one night, but we’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Bangkok.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Marriott Bangkok. The stand out was the buffet breakfast and the friendly staff.
The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and had a lovely smell as you entered.

Cons:

Only let down was that the pool was being renovated during our stay so they offered other hotels with pools to view which we didn’t do. However, they did provide us with complimentary breakfast which was so special!! Definitely add breakfast to your stay
