Room was ok..! Reception staff fobbed us off, but the guys who are The concierges were lovely ..!

Property was lovely that’s why we booked it..!

Cons:

So this property was booked with booking.com like all the other hotels we stayed in while we were in Thailand ..! Unfortunately when we got there they told us our booking had been cancelled 😡 and it was booking.coms that had done this ..! So our rooms were not there. As there was 4 of us they made us think they were doing us a favour by giving us a room with two beds in so we took it.
On returning back to the UK we found out after talking to Booking.com and following the trail it was the hotel that had cancelled our booking without telling us as they had over booked the rooms out..!
So I suggest anyone who books this hotel please be very careful as the fobbed us off saying it was booking.coms issue when it wasn’t..!
Would defo not stay at this hotel again ..! 😱
