Good but could be better with the small and cheap adjustments.
Pros:

Rooms are spacious , Clean and beds are very comfortable.

Only 2 BIG issues i have.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times now, However, the TV is terrible for foreigners. You have 34 channels with only 12 being active. All Thai channels and No foreign ones. No access to You Tube or Netlix.
NOTE - I stayed in 3 different hotels in Khon Kaen, PHU WIANG and Phu PHA Man..All the TV channels were working with choice of both Foreign and Thai. All TVs had Smart TV working APPs.

Also, your service charge cost as well VAT for room Service is bad.For meals costed at 480 THB the final cost on receipt was 554 THB

Wonderful
Pros:

Very nice, comfortable hotel.
Comfortable sized room with comfortable bed with good shower.
Clean modern complex with balcony overlooking beautiful gardens.
Quiet location.

Cons:

Seems popular and could only stay 2 nights due to limited vacancies.
Soundproofing between the rooms wasn't the greatest..

Decent hotel probably good for professionals in Khon Kaen for a few days.
Pros:

Nice room reasonable price.

Cons:

Location…..area around the hotel wasn’t a pleasant spot as I like to be able to walk a little and get the feel for where I’m staying.
Pool was nice but had limited seating not a pool to relax around.

Very good especially the staff being so friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Great staff and they were very nice, friendly and helpful. The cleaners do an amazing job both in the rooms and in the building. The pool is covered by the floor above so the pool is cooler than most. I found it to be very refreshing. The breakfasts were also very good with a variety of dishes.

Cons:

You need a car because it’s pretty far away from most places.

Very good experience!
Pros:

The staffs are on top of it. Anything you need, it’s done. The hotel is spotless and clean I would highly recommend if you visit khonkaen. This hotel goes above and beyond
