Read the fine print and read the reviews. If you get there and it doesn't feel ok, you will not get a refund. My mistake was not reading the reviews and fine print.

Not in condition promised. Very unsafe location. I did not feel this was a safe place to stay and called to request a refund, but was denied. Facility is very run down. Tennis court had trash and not even a net on it. First time in my entire career traveling for work around the nation where my gut told me no. I just ate the expense and went elsewhere for the night.

Stay away. The owners/managers are crooks, and it's hardly upscale. It's a dump. The entire complex is a dump. It's not a condo...it's a cheap apartment.

We expected a small 1 bd private apt, so imagine our surprise when we arrived to find 2 other couples already there in a 3 bd! The Expedia listing said nothing about "shared spaces" because we wouldn't have booked if that was stated. The other couples had exactly the same understanding. The listing may be corrected to reflect "shared spaces"that by now, but be aware. Otherwise, while wouldn't call it "upscale", location central, furniture was okay, apt. complex rundown, no amenities worth mentioning, toilet & refrig. ice maker/water broken, entry system capricious. We did get locked out once when the code didn't work and had to text for help. The cleaning crew threw out our food in the frig mid-point of our stay, but we did get reimbursed by mgmt. I don't usually write reviews, but this was a memorable experience. We won't be returning.

This apartment (it was not a condo as listed) was fine for our stay, but was not in the nicest neighborhood and smelled like pot. Also, when we arrived at the apartment, all of the bedrooms were locked and we had to call the apartment contact to find the keys, which was very odd.

I placed a reservation day of, and cancelled when I arrived as the property was not as advertised. When I tried to receive a refund, I was informed their policy was 30 days notice so nothing of the 3 nights charged could be refunded. Whereas that is extremely poor and greed motivated policy, the real kicker is that they put the room back onto the market for which I had paid in full. Not being a lawyer, I'm not sure if double booking is legal but being a common sense person I know it is highly unethical. Doing that makes me wonder what other extremely poor decisions this management team will make for other potential guests.

This is not an upscale condo in any way. This is an apartment in Section 8 housing. Surrounding apartments have broken windows, the area is run-down, and there is no one on staff to help you with any needs. I felt unsafe enough upon arrival, that I just booked a hotel in another area, closer to the airport and lost money on this rental.
I rarely write reviews, but I do not want anyone else to have experience I had. If Travelocity continues to market and partner with places like this, I will cease using the site.
Trust me...play $30 more and stay in a real hotel where you are safe and have staff if you need anything during your stay.

Chris, is very pleasant, kind, and accommodating. The place is comfortable, beautifully furnished and feels like home. I highly recommended any of these rooms. The host is reliable and honorable. Conducts business properly.
