Great weekend stay.
Pros:

Friendly welcome, and shown to the room, which was spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. We found the bed comfortable and slept well. Could have done with a fan as the weather was warm. Maybe I could have had one if I'd asked. Good choice of fruit and cereal for breakfast alongside a full English. The owners young son ( maybe 10 or 11 ) took breakfast orders, such a polite and well mannered young man and he got the orders right. Credit to his parents. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location near the town centre, fun park and beach. It was easy to park. The landlady was very friendly and it was a good breakfast.

Lovely clean room, great location

Great location and clean, friendly host.

Cons:

The only thing we would say is that breakfast was between 8.15-9am, I think that’s too early when you are on holiday. Maybe cereal and toast could at least be served until 10?

Lovely property with a very warm welcome for angelica, off street parking available, very clean and tidy room. My request for an invoice was already ready during check-in. Would visit again.
