I recently stayed at Al Khoory Hotel in Bur Dubai for 10 days, and I have to say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Honestly, I would rate this place 1 star at best.
Location and Noise
While the hotel is located in a central area of Bur Dubai, there was construction work happening right next door, making it incredibly noisy throughout the day. It was nearly impossible to relax in the room, and it felt like the constant hammering and drilling never stopped. The noise completely ruined the overall experience.
Customer Service
The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. At check-in, they barely greeted me, and when I had questions or needed assistance, they acted like I was bothering them. Definitely not what you expect when you're paying for a hotel stay.
Room Size and Quality
The room size was very small. I don’t mind compact spaces, but this felt cramped and uncomfortable. It was hard to move around, and the space was not worth the price I paid. The furniture was outdated, and the cleanliness didn’t meet expectations. I was hoping for a much better quality room for the price I was paying.

We stayed for over a month at Al Khoory Inn, perfectly located in Bur Dubai. The hotel has a wonderful ambiance and very friendly staff. The room was cleaned well, and we had a balcony, which was also very pleasant. The restaurant facilities were excellent nothing to complain about. There were plenty of parking spaces in the basement. Truly nothing to remark on in this cozy and charming hotel.

Our heartfelt thanks to the ladies and gentlemen at the Front Desk — Niwanthi, Cinetta, Abdul Rahman, and Mr. Faheem. Also to the room service and housekeeping staff — Mohamad Bilal, Nirmal and Sanjid.

We will certainly book this hotel again on our next visit.

Comfortable stay
Hotel offers sustainable metro option within walking distance and so many options pf food available which is very cheap

Close to the metro station and hotel is offering sustainable option of metro station within the property and within walkable distance of the main road, supermakets, food outlets etc. Really accessible!

I was judging the hotel before many times.
Finally I decided to stay and Im so satisfied

I was thoroughly impressed with the reception staff during my stay. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they made sure to answer all of my questions with patience and a smile. What stood out most was their genuine willingness to go above and beyond — whether it was offering local recommendations, helping with transportation, or ensuring my room preferences were met.

We have stayed for 4 nights so far, and overall, the experience was very good.

The staff were welcoming at check-in, and "Cinetta" was especially kind in granting us an additional hour for check-out.

Some positive points I observed:
Free parking
Clean premises
Pleasant fragrance throughout the property
Additional blanket and pillow provided within 2 minutes of calling

Tips: Book online for better rates. Beds are in queen size, 100 Dhs deposit while check in but easily refunded. Original Id's are must at check in

The hotel is one of the best hotels in stayed in Dubai so far in 2 star category,the staff is amazing specially the reception vineyards ,niwanthi,housekeeping bilal,Mushfik , restaurant chef farhan and chonable ,the best staff I have come across.will visit soon
