Pros:

The reception counter is friendly. And act fast to search for a room I booked. There is an iron and ironing board

Cons:

The room lighting is not bright enough, feels like the bulb hasn't been change for a decade quote dim.
Toilet is usable for peeing but once used for " pooping" it cannot be flushed it just float up and water stays, luckily not over flow.
Room service should knock or ring the bell before entering. But they just used the smart to enter luckily I had the shutter locked.
Improvement required also no hair dryer and also no shampoo. Extra towel need to pay where as I stay other hotel which is not required. Also no mini bar fridge

must improve the cleanliness for value of money.
Pros:

plenty of elevators. supermarket is located at ground floor. plenty of amnetities available. washing machine and dryer are also present. plenty of tv channels. clean bathroom. kitchen and dining area are quite clean.

Cons:

after we have arrived for check in, the room is still being clean then after 15 minutes of waiting the receptionist told us to change room from queen bed to double single bed. after a few hours we have checked in, another group of people went into our unit assuming they have been given the same key. hopefully the management can improve on this issue.

We liked that the staff were nice and helpful. The location was very convenient because there were restaurants and a grocery store in the same building. Parking was free and there was plenty of space. The hotel also offered a free airport shuttle both ways. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment, which was comfortable for families or a group of four. There was a small water park and a free full breakfast as well.

Cons:

We did not like that public transportation in the area was not reliable (not hotel's fault as this is the case in Brunei), so renting a car was necessary. Booking.com also listed a sofa bed in the room, but it turned out to be a regular sofa.

We booked this hotel as we had an 11 hour layover in Brunei and the free shuttle to and from the airport, the hotel allowed an early check in, which was great but the transfer to the hotel did not arrive, otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

Good value: very spacious room, impeccable facilities, easy access to shops, plenty of parking space
Pros:

The breakfast is not in the hotel but in the shopping complex two floors down. It is OK but not great. More or less what you would expect in Brunei for a hotel in this category.

Cons:

I had a rented car, so the location was perfect: spacious parking place, and centrally located for all directions in and around Bandar. But guests who don't have their own transport would be quite isolated here, although there are a few shops and a very good supermarket in the complex.
