Guests can choose between 2 single beds or 1 king bed for all bedrooms. Please inform the property of bedding preference at least 7 days in advance. If the property is not informed, 2 single beds will be provided. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

no towels in the onsen. u have to bring ur own towel from the room, i heard other guests complaining of the no towels in the onsen too
The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are small but have everything that was needed. Breakfast each morning was nice and convenient. The onsite onsen was a nice touch and something we used most days after snowboarding. I read a lot of reviews about people complaining that was difficult to get from the property to the ski resorts and I was concerned about this but it was so easy, Miru has shuttles running every 30 mins to 1 hour from 8am right up to 9pm, getting around turned out to be very easy.
The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, my partner and i ended up sleeping on spare blankets to try and add some softness. We woke up each morning sore and this was far from ideal spending full days snowboarding where the body already takes a beating. The Onsen while really nice wasn't hot enough, it was warm-ish but when you get in an onsen you expect it to be hot and really soothing for the body, unfortunately this isn't the case at Miru. There's another onsen in Lower Hirafu that i went to that has a really hot outdoor Onsen and that one was perfect. If Miru increased the temperature theirs would be perfect.
The environment is great, staffs are welcoming, the dinner is superb and beyond expectation. Would love to be back. Highly recommend.

Lodge 9 was amazing with so much space and large rooms. Amazing views of Mt. Yotei and Hirafu! The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful and accommodating to all of our demands. The onsen was great!
A little pricy but typical prices for mountain lodge prices!
Room was lovely and well-kept. The breakfast was delicious. We had a fantastic view of the mountain, that was the best!
Tried the onsen and could have enjoyed that more if bath towels were provided.

My JR train was cancelled on the day of checking in, great thanks to the staff who arranged the whiteliner bus so that I could actually check in on time and enjoy the slopes on the next day, really appreciate it.
WiFi was a little bit slow and the connection wasn’t that stable
Room and facilities are incredible: the photos do not do the rooms justice! The shuttles are incredibly easy and very frequent. Would highly recommend. Great breakfast, and lovely onsen.
The heater in the bedroom can be a little loud and has bright lights
