So many food options around.

Excellent location, shopping malls, eateries & plenty of massage places are within walking distance. There is only disadvantage is noise. Not suitable for light sleepers as the moving cars along the main road can be quite loud at night.

It is one of the best 3 star budget hotels in downtown Pratunum. The entrance may look a bit unattractive but don't be taken aback because the moment you reach the elevator inside the building, it takes you to a whole new world of cleanliness and comfort. Staff is friendly. The rooms and washroom are super clean. There is mini bar/refrigerator, electric kettle, complimentary coffee sachet with creamers etc. in the room. Washroom has complimentary toiletries added every day. Ample supply of free water bottles ever day. It is located at such a strategic location; food, shopping and massage, all at one place downstairs, within walking distance. Two 7-11s on right and left sides of the hotels and Platinum Shopping mall opposite to it. This hotel is located in the midst of a shopping, food and tourist heaven. The only suggestion would be to start offering complimentary breakfast, too as the food joints opened a bit late in the morning.

Not good for someone with a lot of heavy luggage but if you’re travelling light, it’s a good choice for the budget traveller. Lots of rooms with no windows and the ones with windows are small. If a view is important to you, somewhere else is probably better.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The location was so close to Platinum mall that you could shop and then go back to drop off your items in the hotel before going for another round.

The hotel staffs are always very friendly. The hotel always try to accommodate early check-in.

There are plenty of street food and also restaurants within walking distance. Big C is also around the corner where you could shop for a variety of souvenirs.

Excellent location and price for people who are travelling light. If you have heavy luggage, getting it into the building and up the elevators is a chore, especially if alone. Do NOT stay over check out hours as they charge 500 Thai Baht per hour or partial hour late check out.

Stayed couple of times in Leela Orchid as it is super convenient.

It will be great if toilet cleanliness can be
improved as i found insects on wall under the mirror.

This Hotel was way beyond our expectation! Outside of hotel look like very old rugged hotel, but inside is a gem. You have to access the hotel lobby through the lift on the first floor inside the building. Hotel lobby and rooms was very new and clean and smell nice also. Check in was fast. Free cold and hot water for hotel guests to take from the lobby area. Free 2 instant thai noodle cups also. complimentary drinking water bottle daily.
Our standard double bed room was small. Not much walking spaces. I put our two medium luggages beside my bed and already filled up the whole floor infront of our toilet entrance. Aircon was strong and cold. Bed and pillow was comfy.
There is a washing machine beside lobby. you can take free detergent at the counter.
The downside of this hotel was booking of grab. As hotel is at the busiest main road, and also the most jam road everyday, many grab drivers has problem drop off and pickup,

Very convenient location. Room is big. Bed is comfy. Very clean. Friendly service. The only thing that I didn't really like was that there were some flies and that the shower will flood out from the showering area. But, I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back again.

This is a hotel located right in the Pratunam area opposite Pantip Plaza. It looks like a department store with an unattractive entrance. Don't be fooled by this because once you are on the floor it's a world in itself. We booked a one-bedroom room and a twin room with windows and felt very comfortable. The rooms are clean and well lit. There is a microwave oven, mini fridge and cupboards but no plates to use with the oven. Well appointed TV channels with some sports channels to watch the Premier League. The bathroom is clean with good hot water. Just need racks for the towels.
We saw a lot of guests from ASEAN and the guy at the reception was very helpful. We ordered a taxi to Don Muang Airport at 4:30 a.m. and paid 600 for 4 passengers.
Overall, a decent hotel good for shoppers. Why stay at Novotel and pay triple?
