Pros:

The hotel is in an odd location, close to the finance district, directly next to a large rubbish tip. The lobby is full of swarms of flies and is very dusty - massively in need of some cleaning and renovation. It is not as advertised by the photos.
The room was clean but damp and the bathroom was fine though not completely cleaned from the previous guests - lots of hair around and a very dirty bin.
The hotel staff were very kind and allowed us to check in early and they also ordered an Uber into town for us.

pathetic hotel, small room, booking not honored
Pros:

Very bad experience, the size of room mentioned in the booking was 377 square feet, while the actual size of the room was around 150 square feet, also in booking confirmation it was mentioned that there would be a separate living area in the room, but in reality there was no such area. we asked the reception desk at time of our checkin that we have a superior room booking but they said we don't have any such room. your booking is for standard room which is a smaller room. we feel like we were grossly overcharged and felt like we have been looted of our money. buffet breakfast was pathetic with the same items being served everyday. i have lost my trust in hotels. com as a result of this booking , because whatever was mentioned in the booking was not honoured
