Excellent communication made check-in and check-out very smooth. Managers respond to questions quickly snd clearly. Cleaning staffs are friendly and work efficiently to make sure rooms are clean. Everyone is willing to help you to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

Prime location with plenty dining and grocery options and convenient transportation. You will have an experience of living like locals.

The only thing that makes it different from a high-rated hotel is that it is a residential building, and people living there include serviced apartment guests as well as local residents who either own the apartment or rent here for the long term. This means that there could be noises that is out of control by the management.

３泊利用いたしました。緑の多い一角で、風通しの良い気持ちの良いロケーション／広く清潔なお部屋／徒歩数分圏内にコンビニやユニクロ、飲食店有り／日本語のできるスタッフの方のサポート有りと、快適な滞在でした。どうもありがとうございました。

3泊しました。周辺は賑やかな地域ですが永新世紀の中は緑が多く静かで、住人の方も落ち着いた方が多いです。セブンイレブンが至近にあり、チェーン系のお店も一通り徒歩圏内にあるので便利。室内は清潔、水の流れも問題ありません。日本語が堪能なコンシェルジュがついてくれるのでチェックイン、支払い等もスムーズ。外卖も部屋まで来れます。裏にローカル市場があるのも便利。

日本語のできるスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれました。室内はとても広く環境も静かで穏やかに滞在できました。近隣には飲食店も豊富でローカルフードも堪能できますし、、市場もあり、新鮮なフルーツを買ったりすることもできました。

너무 좋았던 숙소입니다. 도착했을때 마중나와 주셨고 친절하게 자세한 설명도 잘 해주었습니다. 문의사항이 있을때 빠른 답변도 좋았습니다. 친구 4명이 머물기에 충분했고 공간이 넓고 쾌적해서 집같이 편안했어요. 상하이 중심부 와이탄, 신천지등이 차로20~30분거리에 있었고 숙소 바로앞에 스타벅스,맥도날드, 릴리안등 음식점들도 많아서 좋았습니다. 또다시 상하이에 간다면 이 숙소로 갈거같아요!

Note: each serviced apartment has a washer with inbuilt dryer so be sure to bring along your own laundry detergent. Sheets are vvv fresh and clean, and pure white. Upon check-in, there were 2 bottles of free Perrier water provided and some fruit. Free continental breakfast was simple but v nice. Jura coffee machine and free to go paper cups.

Also note: the official address is Tower 11& 12, Novel Century, Lane 81 Xin Geng Road but this is the side entrance that needs a key card to get in. Ask the car to drop you at Lane 171, Tian Yao Qiao Road (there are no signs either offering this info, and saw a few frustrated and confused guests)


Note: upon check in, the receptionist wanted my original passport to keep for half a day, she said she needed the actual passport to bring to the police station. I offered her a photocopy of the passport but she refused. She wanted the actual passport. This didn't sound right. I didn't do so and checked out the next day.
