Pros:

Tout d’abord le personnel tellement souriant et aimable, les propriétaires qui donnent à cet hôtel un côté familial. Cet hotel entretenu n’est ni trop grand ni trop petit. C’est vraiment agréable et on s’y sent bien. Merci

Cons:

L’hôtel renouvelle sa literie et c’est impeccable mais le planning pour nettoyer les chambres ou distribuer eau et café est un peu perturbé.
Tout se règle en demandant

The rooms are nice and clean. The design of the building is pretty cool.

Do not have lift and our room was on floor 4, so was difficult yo get there but the staff was helpful

The accomodation and especialy the staff made my holiday so memorable.
Pros:

Location was very good. Easy stroll to pub st. Good base to go day tripping from.
My room was very good for price.
Stand out for me was the staff. They went over and above.

I could be really picky but honestly, the positives far outweighed any negatives

Logement spacieux, personnel sympatique et proximité du centre tout en étant au calme !

Cons:

Mauvaise gestion, il n’y a pas eu de balcon comme reservé et il y a de l’humidité dans la salle de bain.

Lovely staff and good location
Pros:

The staff and the help they provided unfortunately I forgot to take their names. I do however have the lovely Ya whose tuk tuk services on WhatsApp. Also another one whose name I’ve forgotten who was exceptional in taking us to the Heritage Walk to pay tickets for the Angkor Archaeological Park. This is a 24hour service and saves queuing at the gate. We rented bicycles from the hotel the night before and left at 5am and cycled around unfortunately no sunrise that day!
A very large supermarket around the corner from the hotel which has everything and takes credit cards
