la habitación daba a un patio de empleados mucho ruido, no hay buena ventilación por lo que es muy calurosa y las ALMOHADAS SON VIEJISIMAS TODAS. VOLUDAS impiden un buen descanso , el baño tenía una pequeña ventana que daba a un corredor y se escuchaban todas las conversaciones de los huéspedes

Pésimo servicio de Internet, tuve que trabajar con mis datos. El domingo no hubo agua y cuando me iba querían que pagará la limpieza de una sabana que manché con jarabe para la tos. Desde cuando los hoteles cobran la limpieza de las sábanas? Que no va incluido en el servicio? O es que no cambian sábanas de un huésped a otro? No se que paso esta vez, yo suelo hospedarme en este hotel.

Great location, poor everything else. Can get far better value for your money and the transport in Puebla is affordable,

Poor facilities, no air conditioning, broken fan, uncomfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows, unclean, bathroom unclean, sink + taps unclean. Very small.
