Staff were attentive and very friendly and helpful with directions. The entire facility was clean and everything works. Lobby is airy and spacious.

Second year in the row. I like this hotel very much. Great people Mr Tuan, Tai, Viet and Ms Thang are awesome. Food is delicious . Convenience location. I will come back again next year!

I didn’t stay at Satya Hotel but came in just for their buffet breakfast, and it was absolutely worth it. For 180,000 VND, the spread was fantastic—lots of Vietnamese and international options, all delicious and very filling.

Manager, Viet really stood out for me. He was warm helpful and attentive, and even suggested a special Vietnamese Chicken soup that turned out to be amazing. The staff were equally friendly and professional, making the whole experience a pleasure.

Highly recommend this place if you’re in Danang and want a great breakfast to start your day.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel Around 10mins from Da Nang airport via taxi. It's situated just across the "pink church" and so the road along is busy which is very good if you are traveling alone meaning that there are always people around- lots of restaurants, cafe and food shops closely. It's also walkable to the Han River. Also close to the market. If you're booking any activities or site seeing the hotel is within the pick up location.
I found the place in a very convenient location. Room wise (balcony room)- the room was clean, spacious, airconed, bottle of water, you get robes too. Breakfast was also good.
In terms of room for improvement, I think the staff could be more friendlier and welcoming when guests arrive or if they see their guests in the reception area.
Otherwise, i would recommend the hotel and would stay here again if ever!

We had a wonderful time at Satya Hotel! Service was excellent, staff were very friendly and willing to help. They assisted us with booking transport and tickets for Ba Na Hills.

Upon check in, our initial room has a water leakage, but they were prompt to get us an alternative room right away. They even provided us a complimentary fruit plate for the trouble, although it was a small inconvenience we forgot about. The room itself is well maintained and the beds were very comfortable.

The location was great, walking distance to Han Market for shopping and lots of eating options around. The convenience store next door was great for quick pickups before returning to our room.

Overall it was a great stay and will definitely return when I visit Da Nang again!

Location was great, staff attentive and very helpful. Room was really good and had everything we needed. Bteakfasts were top notch. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. They didnt close properly and had gaps so your room partner could see you and smells could travel easily. I was travelling with my grown son so it got a bit embarrassing

I had an extended stay here and enjoyed it thoroughly! The location is super convenient to everywhere in Da Nang, I highly recommend. My room was super clean, bed was made everyday, and room was cleaned with new towels everyday. I had a stunning view of the Han River.

Breakfast buffet is also really tasty with rotating options to try different authentic Vietnamese dishes. The staff at the buffet are friendly and made my stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located in some local attractions like The Han Market and Danang Cathedral. Front desk staff responds quickly to any concerns. Breakfast served was satisfying. My only concern was how the toilet in our room was designed, definitely not ideal if you will be sharing the room with a friend. Yes, the shower room has its own door as well as the toilet area, however, the whole restroom doesn't have a door, meaning changing of clothes and other things done outside the shower area can be seen from the bed area or the whole room. No privacy. Overall, still satisfied with our stay here. Danang is beautiful.❤️

The property was good for the price.

Aircond is good. Shower pressure is good. Room on higher floors highly recommended. Breakfast is pleasant with room for improvements. Good thing is breakfast menu changes daily during our 6 days visit. Convenient with ample of food choice within the area. Too close to han market making spending money just too convenient to resist.

The hotel is situated in a good location, close to Han Market and numerous restaurants and massage shops. It's just 5 minutes away from the Han River. and opposite the hotel is the famous Pink Church. The staff at the front desk are both friendly and enthusiastic. Thank them for their warm welcome, especially thank you to Mr. Truong for helping to introduce many interesting tourist attractions in Da Nang to me. The hotel's service is exceptional.

Standard hotel near the Han river and han market. The shampoo tho smells bad as if it is expired. The city view room is a bit small

I didn't have a good experience with this hotel. The first room provided has sugar all over the seating area which made me wonder that they clean/vacuum this room? I requested to switch to another room. Then I found hairs on the pillow at the 2nd room. The cleaning standard is really lacking in this hotel.

The layout of the room is not functional. If you are not a couple, you will have a hard time getting any privacy to use washroom and shower.

On the positive side, the hotel location is really good and the breakfast is the best in my trip.

Overall, I won't stay in this hotel again. There are many hotels to choose from and the room is not clean enough and comfortable.
