Pros:

Estaba muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro pero no en un sitio demasiado bullicioso (algo difícil para Saigon). Estaba muy limpio, la cama era super cómoda, la habitación muy grande y la cocina completamente funcional. El baño tenía ducha y bañera. Es el apartamento perfecto, sin duda repetiré.

Pros:

Good location. Close to my office with lots of local food option. Staff is great. A lady named Ngoc at reception was very helpful and nice. Property is new and clean. Room is spacious with everything I need.

Cons:

Management was very hard to talk to when I needed to deal with invoices.

Prima voor kort verblijf.
Pros:

Prima locatie, restaurants, supermarkten en malls op loopafstand. Ruime kamer met alleen basis inrichting. Dagelijkse housekeeping.

Cons:

Er staat een flinke keuken, maar de meeste kastjes zijn leeg. Er is heel weinig bestek en gerei, en er is maar één pit om op te koken.

Great value and great location !
Pros:

The location was great, with many nice spas, hair salons, tourist attractions, and, of course, a variety of small and large restaurants offering great food.

The room was spacious, with plenty of storage, and had everything you would expect in a 4-star hotel (even though it was actually a 3-star hotel).

I noticed that others mentioned construction noise starting early in the morning and continuing until late at night. However, I only heard noise here and there, and it was not bad at all. I had no problem sleeping in late or resting in the evening.

The hotel is located on a busy street, right next to a university? building, so there are always lots of young people around and traffic can be quite heavy. However, once I was inside, it was quiet, and it is tucked away from the main nightlife streets.

Also, washing machine and dryer was very handy (free detergent and softener too!) as the weather was warm and humid and I like washing my clothes myself.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay :)

Cons:

I think the floor cleaning could be improved slightly, as I noticed the housekeepers were using a broom instead of a vacuum cleaner (perhaps to minimise noise for other guests). However, my room was serviced every day and everything else was clean.

I also wish there had been a ceiling fan or some type of fan. The room itself was cool enough, so I didn’t really need to use the air conditioning. When returning from walking outside or in the early morning, a fan would have been sufficient for me instead of using the aircon.
Plus, it was a shame that cafe is no longer there. It would have been a great spot to drink coffee or even a cocktails to chill/read books as it has nice windows facing the street.

But these are only things I can think of for an improvement, not a deal breaker. I will definitely stay again :)

Quiet and private, despite renovations next doorwhich didn't impact me at all.

Cons:

televison didn't work, but that was typical of many places I stayed in Vietnam I guess most guests don't bother with TV these days
