The washing machine were terrible.
Nice hotel in the perfect location
Our stay was really good. Shower and room were amazing. Bathroom size was incredible. Breakfast in the morning was great everyday and the free drinks and amenities were nice. We opted for the buffet breakfast and cocktail hour between 5:00 and 7:00 which really made a difference.
Service absolutely above and beyond any expectations. My wife had an injury to her ankle while on vacation and the staff at this hotel went the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable and taken care of for several days while she healed up. They made calls to local clinics and gave us recommendations, provided a wheelchair, received and delivered amazon packages, made special accommodations at breakfast for her and provided us a late checkout to make sure we were comfortable. The entire staff is just amazing and Murat in particular was a personal point of contact for us for any type of help we needed. In addition, the location of the hotel next to Kyoto station is just perfect for getting to Tokyo, Osaka, and Nara and tons of new restaurants and a shopping center all within walking distance. They have comfortable rooms that are immaculate and a delicious breakfast but what made them stand out for us is how ready and willing they were to help when we needed it. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

This was a return visit to this hotel. It’s conveniently located near the train station. The amenities, room size mirror American hotels. Great breakfast buffet, reasonably priced. Staff is wonderful. Self serve laundry on property is helpful for those on an extended trip who packed light.
We had a great stay, however there wasn’t much in the immediate area. We found it necessary to take a uber to more populated areas.

Iit is close to the train station and lots of dining options. The breakfast buffet was awesome.
Apart from location nothing good about the hotel. Found a bug on the bed. Staff mentioned it’s a common bug found in Japan… which was not very polite. Breakfast start time is late .
Greeted by English speaking receptionist who is very kind, answered my questions; hotel ambassador walked us out excellent service.... will definitely stay here again next time in kyoto. Also, 5 min walk from Kyoto station.
