A lovely hotel with wonderful hospitality, a great location, and truly caring staff. We really enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay.

Kim, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful and took the time to guide us and assist us in planning the trip that best suited our family. His recommendations and personal attention made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is in a very central location, yet it still offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

Cons:

The facilities are a little dated, but for our stay in Sapa, this did not bother us at all.

Good, affordable stay in Sapa
Pros:

Good location close to center of town. Pretty good breakfast. Free snacks and water refilled in your room each morning. Attentive staff. Everything in the room worked.

Cons:

Hotel is on a small hill which could present some challenges for people with mobility issues. The bed was pretty hard, but I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels in Vietnam and that’s a common problem here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly could not have asked for a better experience!

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of delicious food and everything was fresh and well prepared. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional.

What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. They gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and even helped us plan our days and activities. They also offered us tickets for the viewpoints, which made everything so much easier and more convenient.

The location of the hotel is excellent and made it very easy for us to explore the area. We also really appreciated being able to check in earlier than usual.

A special thank you goes to Mr. Kim, who was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Because the weather was not suitable for sightseeing, he kindly allowed us to keep our room for the entire day, which was incredibly thoughtful and made a huge difference to our experience.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The beautiful and clean rooms, amazing breakfast, fantastic location, and especially the wonderful staff made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely stay here again

Pros:

Wir haben eine super Wahl mit dem Mountain Queen House getroffen. Es liegt super zentral und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Obwohl wir sehr früh angereist sind, konnten wir direkt einchecken. Dies erleichterte uns den ersten Tag sehr.
Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen und eine weitere Nacht hinzuzubuchen ging Problemlos.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, vielen lieben Dank!
