Lovely hotel with incredible staff and breakfast!
Pros:

The room was lovely and very clean with a nice view but the staff were the real standout. I had a foot injury and they went above and beyond to accommodate me, helping with my luggage and taxis and even allowing me to stay longer in my room until my bus. The manager Mr Kim was so lovely! The breakfast was also fantastic, definitely the best spread I’ve seen so far in Vietnam with a great mix of Western and Asian options. 10/10 all around from me!

Excellent stay, highly recommend
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Mountain Queen House. Our rooms were spacious and very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient and close to town without being too noisy. Also breakfast was fantastic.

Hotel keeps the charm going in this lovely Sapa town
Pros:

Great view - we had a balcony as well - from the top floor. Mr. Kim is quite helpful along with Linh who speaks excellent English, is an absolute gem and I enjoyed seeing. Perfect location, quiet. Actually all employees, housecleaning, kitchen, are superb and friendly. Good breakfast with tea (not coffee).
We enjoyed all the day trips, hikes, Sapa overall and appreciated the charm of this hotel.
Not a complaint, just when we arrived we were told our credit card that we always use on Booking wasn’t functioning and to please go to an ATM and pay with cash-we manually paid with the credit card. Not sure what happened there. At night the little crawly things sometimes liked to visit our bathroom…just being honest and no big deal. A very nice week-long stay.

Pros:

Location is very convenient walking distance to Sapa Night Market and Sapa Station.
Mr Kim very accommodation and helpful. I highly recommend.Area is nice and quite great for young family and couples alike.

Draugiškas personalas, puiki viešbučio vieta.

Cons:

Reikia geriau kontroliuoti viešbučio svečius, kurie visus maisto produktus per pusryčius liečia rankomis, uosto ir padeda atgal. Bent jau kelis rytus buvo sugadintas apetitas.

It was perfect stay in Sapa 4D3N.
Pros:

Everything was perfect, very helpful manager and staffs.

Cons:

Nothing at all but I would like to suggest that should change breakfast's Menu everyday if possible.

Pros:

Great hotel in a very centralized location. Comfortable beds, clean, and very good breakfast. Kim the manager and Linh where very helpful with all our needs, including extending our stay, booking tickets, and many recommendations.
Thank you for a lovely stay!

Cons:

Only downside was a very loud radio early morning from the street, but this is not connected to the hotel.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Large room with balcony. Views. Staff all excellent. Breakfast buffet very comprehensive.
Kim and Lyn great local knowledge.

Cons:

A bit of building noise. But thats probably only temporarly.

Great place to stay in Sapa
Pros:

We booked this hotel last minute. Kim, the hotel’s owner was very kind and nice, friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was great and generous and the room was specious.
We definitely recommend staying here.

Top spot in Sapa
Pros:

Super hotel! Mr. Kim deed alles om ons een aangenaam verblijf te bezorgen. Ontbijtbuffet en a la carte. Alle excursies op eenvoudig verzoek in orde gebracht. Wij hadden een top verblijf in Sapa.

Pros:

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal insbesondere Lynn war super nett. Es gab zur Begrüßung erstmal ein feuchtes Handtuch und einen leckeren Tee. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage sehr gut. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir geben eine klare Empfehlung.

Great room for its price, great location and extremely sweet staff
Pros:

Staff were extremely attentive and polite. Very sweet staff. Great location, less than 2 mins to the centre, great food options, and attractions. Pretty clean. TV was satellite but you could access to YouTube. Spacious room.

Cons:

I don’t know if the walls are thin but I could deffo hear some hacking up a lung either in the corridor or next door.
