Great location. Clean room. Friendly & helpful staff Especially Lynn. Good value. Would recommend.

Tout. Staff hyper sympa. Excellent petit déjeuner. Le manager a proposé que on rentre à l'hôtel après notre randonnée pour prendre une douche et de profiter d'une chambre pendant quelques heures avant de partir, tout ça gratuitement. On a beaucoup apprécié cette gentillesse.

The staff were extremely helpful and happy to go to extra effort to ensure our stay was as enjoyable and easy as possible, especially Linh at the Reception desk and Mr.Kim, the manager.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has good variety and the cook to order food was good.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, helping me book my transportation. Laundry service was good and quick. Rooms were clean, they even gave me a free upgrade upon check in. Complimentary snacks in room. Comfy bed. Good location. Overall really nice.

מלון קטן משפחתי ומקסים. המיקום מעולה, 2 דקות מעל האגם, שקט וקרוב למרכז. בעל המקום מר קים ופקידת הקבלה היו מקסימים, אדיבים והשתדלו לעזור כל הזמן. המלון נקי ומאורגן וארוחת הבוקר נהדרת. מר קים איפשר לנו להשאר בחינם עד אוטובוס הלילה. היה לנו חדר עם מרפסת ותצפית נהדרת להרים ולאגם. היה נהדר. תודה מכל הלב🌹
לציין שאחרי לילה אחד שודרגנו לחדר עם מרפסת כי היה מקום במלון🙏

La atencion de Kim y Linh fue exepcional, nos ayudaron mucho en nuestra estadia ya que manejaban muy bien el ingles y fueron muy amables con nosotros. Nos brindaron un numero de telefono para contactarnos ante cualquier inconveniente o duda y siempre muy predispuestos.
El desayuno increible y muy rico.
Supero nuestras expectativas.

Great location, block and a half above lake in the middle of town. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was so nice and helpful and both Ling and Mr Kim assisted me with directions and food recommendations (which were spot on).

Atendimento e cuidado do staff do hotel . Deram todo o suporte que necessitamos na nossa estadia inclusive com dicas e organização de passeios. Além disso o hotel é muito bem localizado , tem ótimo café da manhã e ótimas instalações

位于镇上安静的半山坡上，在餐厅露台能看到飘着沉雾的远山，如梦如幻，就餐环境超好！酒店的河粉很好吃，早餐品种虽不多但都可口，房间干净舒适。

I stayed in a room with a balcony and it had the best views. It is walking distance from the center. Also very close to the bus station. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff were amazing. Highly recommend!

Địa điểm tuyệt vời rất trung tâm, khách sạn view ngắm toàn cảnh hồ Xuân Viên và dãy núi SAPA trong mây. Đồ ăn sáng đầy đủ rất ngon, nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Từ khách sạn có thể đi bộ ra hồ trung tâm, các nhà hàng ăn ngon nổi tiếng, công viên, vui chơi. Giá khách sạn hợp lý. Tất cả đều rất ổn.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Après un petit problème de plomberie, le directeur mr. KIM nous a changé de chambre rapidement.
Il nous a aussi trouvé des restaurants sympa et pour finir à finalisé notre départ en voiture vers une autre destination.
Ravis de cet établissement, merci à tous. Propreté, petit déjeuner et facilité diverses parfait pour nous. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Très bien placé par rapport au bruit de la ville. Proche de tous.

La gentillesse du personnel et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner était le meilleur en variété, en quantité et en qualité que j’ai connu pendant mon séjour au Vietnam. Dans le centre tout en étant tranquille.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Mr Kim the hotel manager has exceptional customer service and his English was excellent. The location was fantastic since it’s on a narrow side road but within a short walk to everything. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and we had a fridge,snacks and a kettle. The room was really clean and the breakfast was delicious.
