Location, place was spacious, clean and all the staff are very nice

Sehr tolles Hotel ,ca 5 min zu Fuss vom See entfernt, 10 min bis zur Standseilbahn die zur Talstation des Fansipan Seilbahn führt.Wir konnten kostenlos früher einchecken und auch später auschecken,und bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrad Zimmer mit See und Bergsicht.Mr.Kim und sein Team sind sehr aufmerksam und kümmern sich um jedes Anliegen ihrer Gäste.Wir konnten bei ihm die Seilbahntickets vorab buchen.Leider konnten wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen keine dieser tollen Angebotenen Trekkingtouren buchen.Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr gut,auf Wunsch kann man frisch zubereitete Omeletts ,Spiegeleier,Rührei,Pancakes ,Frenchtoast etc haben.

・プライベートツアー
いくつかツアーコースの用意があり、半日コースのトレッキングツアーを申し込みました。
現地ガイドの方と、お話ししながら歩けたことが良い思い出になりました。また、ぬかるみが多く歩くのが難しいエリアもあったため、自分たちのペースで歩けたことも良かったです。

・ロケーション
大通りから路地に入ったところで静かな場所でした。中心地から離れているとはいえ、サパ教会までは徒歩10分もかからないので、便利なロケーションだと思います。

Belles chambre et salle de bain, propres et modernes.
Petit déjeuner bien copieux et varié. Vous avez un buffet et la possibilité de commander gratuitement des plats préparés supplémentaires sur base d’un menu.
L’hôtel se trouve à 5min du centre mais est dans une rue calme, notamment la nuit ce qui est un gros bonus.

Mention spéciale au tenant de l’hôtel qui nous a laissé nos chambres gratuitement une journée supplémentaire car il savait que notre bus de nuit était à 23h.

C’est un hôtel- homestay qui est situé dans une petite rue calme mais proche de toutes commodités. Le personnel de l’accueil et du service est parfait et les petits déjeuners sont très bons avec beaucoup de choix.

Excellent location, staff were so kind and helpful

The location was perfect. Walking distance <15 min to most things we had in Sapa. The staff were superb— they helped give some advice and even offered to let us stay in our room to 10pm on check out day when they found out that we weren’t leaving town until 10pm. Breakfast was excellent too — they had a decent buffet and then also things made to order, from omelette to pancake to pho.

Our time at Sapa Queen Mountain House was truly wonderful. Mr Kim and his staff were so kind and helpful with everything, especially in arranging a guided trek through the Black Hmong and Red Dzao villages. They had a good breakfast setup and fast laundry service. The location was also really nice because it was a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants, but tucked away enough that it wasn't super loud at night. The room was comfortable, a decent size, and had an amazing view of the lake!

Very comfortable, clean rooms, breakfast is excellent and the service was fantastic. Mr Kim went out of his way to look after us. The location is perfect with beautiful views.

The property was in the perfect location. Very central and able to walk everywhere.

Anh Chủ và nhân viên rất dễ thương, niềm nở, nhiệt tình, phòng ấm cúng tiện nghi, view đẹp hữu tình. Buffet sáng rất ngon và chu đáo.
Một trải nghiệm tại nơi đây tuyệt vời… Nhất định mình sẽ ghé lại và giới thiệu nhiều bạn bè đến lưu trú ở đây…
