מלון מקסים,קים בעל המלון יוצא מגדרו להנעים את השהות, מקבל את פניך עם משקה תה קינמון הטעים ביותר שטעמנו אי פעם, קים היה מאוד אדיב והציע לנו לשתות מתי שרק נרצה, גם השאיר בחדר חטיפים בחינם, החדר נוח ויפה, מרוהט בריהוט איכותי ויפה, מקלחת נהדרת והנוף שווה לב.ארוחת בוקר כיד המלך טעימה ובשפע.מומלץ בחום.

Best experience ever !!!

The staff are so accomodating especially Ms Linh and the manager Mr KIM upgraded us to a very nice room. Breakfast is always the best. I would love to be back next year. Best regards to all of them !!!

Pros:

Our overall experience with Sapa Queen Mountain House was excellent. The buffet breakfast was amazing as there was a good variety of food with vegan options. Additionally, you can order other food for free. We ordered additional food such as omelet and Phu and were served fresh and hot. Laundry service were very efficient and fast and they handwash white laundry to make sure it's not stained. Great staff, awesome ambience, amazing view from the room and topnotched service.

موقع رااائع وقريب من السنتر والبحيره سهل الوصول له بالنسبه لسيارات الاجره والباصات الموظفه متعاونه وتساعدكم في شرح الوصو

واطلالته جميله على جزء من المدينه

早餐超級豐盛，服務態度很好
櫃檯的服務人員英文能力很好，也樂於分享附近景點
最後一天為了等晚上的臥鋪火車，在接駁車傍晚到的期間，飯店老闆(韓籍)願意讓我傍晚再退房。
飯店地理位置很好，離鬧區很近但又不會太吵，真的是很讚的體驗

唯一缺點是浴室的排水孔較少，地板的水排的沒那麼快

Location was good, near enough the town center but not in the crowded area. Staff were pleasant.
