Wir waren begeistert von den hellen Zimmern. Die Badewanne auf den Balkon und das man sich das Frühstück in die Suite servieren lassen konnte fanden wir einfach toll und außergewöhnlich. Die ruhige Lage und die gechillte Atmosphäre am Strand fanden wir toll. Auch wenn hier Schwimmen im Meer nicht möglich ist haben wir den Aufenthalt super genossen. Auch die ganzen Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Loved everything, the bed,the view,the aircon, the service,the food etc!
After travelling for a few weeks it was the best relaxation.
The fact you can't swim in the sea is not as off putting as i thought, the sand is kept pristine and it's really relaxing watching the boats go by.
There is a small pool out front and a larger one round the back.
Food and drink will be delivered to beach,poolside or your room
Also to mention I had the best leg and foot massage at beachsamui.
Highly recommend

Cons:

Breakfast is very expensive and not very tasty. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you must have a car to properly stay here. Too much emphasis on herb smoking as well.

Other than what I already wrote, I would say that the property was better than in the pictures.
Pros:

I had high hopes for this place, but it was even better than I expected. The room was incredible, the view was amazing, the place was clean, staff was very nice and welcoming, always willing to help. I mostly used the chat to communicate with them and everything was always sorted withing minutes (booking, room service, massages etc.). But then! I had Larb Gai by Chef Nui. It genuinely made me tear up because it was SO GOOD. There is Thai basil, coriander, mint, so the taste is specific, but if you are into such flavors, make sure you at least try it (by her). The owner was also amazing. Very welcoming! And then I met Anya! She only got there a few days prior to us meeting, but she immediatelly helped with with all my questions, and if she did not know right away, she made sure she would figure it out for me (transportation issues, not related to the hotel itself). The ladies at the reception were also amazing. Their taxi driver as well! He waited for me next to my room and helped me carry my suitcases to the car. I did not know he was going to do that, so it was a very pleasant surprise.
The only one thing that I did not like (just being honest), was the fact that you cannot really swim in the sea because the boats make the water murky. However, I was at Chaweng prior to this and the waves were crazy there. So the water could have been murky from the weather as well (I did have rain pretty much every day and I was in Koh Samui March 6th-March 12th (not rainy season)). But there is a pool and a beach. However, if the sea is something you require, you can still do it, but I thought that this is something I would in general want to know before booking. But still, you should definitely stay here at least a couple of days. Make sure to check their website first tho, I did not have enough days to try all the procedures they offer. :( Definitely do the milk bath! Oh, and if you are a couple, this place is perfect for you.

This is actually a review I didn't want to write at all, but I also need to inform those who might be coming: the hotel's location is very far from the main center and sightseeing, you can never swim in the sea, you pay 600 baht for taxis every day, the shared pools are neglected and dirty, these were problems you didn't experience, but the machine used at check-out was very bad. I'm someone who worked as a hotel manager in Turkey for 25 years, and in other places, the slippers placed in the room are either thrown away or not, which is not the case in our country, these slippers belong to the customer or they are thrown away. It should never be used for another customer; I would never consider that acceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Tea spilled on my slippers, and we threw them away, which is perfectly normal. During check-out, we were told there would be a 200 baht fine if we brought our slippers with us, and I was shocked, thinking, "Is this a joke?" The receptionist asked if we had ever been treated this way before, saying it was our first time here. We are single-users; we will put the slippers in our suitcases. To reassure you...
