Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing staff and location.
Pros:

This is the first hotel where I can find no faults. This hotel is perfect. The location is so good. Right in the middle of Kyoto but down a nice quiet street, next to the shopping area but also close to the Gion District and all temples etc. The rooms are decent size with lovely decor and all the facilities / amenities you need. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are all so kind, welcoming and helpful and I can’t thank them or praise them enough for how well they looked after us for 6 nights. Would return in a heartbeat.

This place is in a great spot for shopping and being close to restaurants. Lovely little room and great staff.

Comfortable hotel in great location.
Pros:

Comfy bed and great added extras on the lobby including creams and lotions and extra tea! Loved the calligraphy activity put on in reception. Great location. Fresh towels and water daily left on the door handle so no need for daily clean. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t great - provided by the Italian restaurant downstairs.

Pros:

Hotel ubicado a 5 minutos de la zona de Pontocho y a unos 15 minutos de Gion. La habitación que imita al estilo clásico japonés tiene buen tamaño y está limpia. Por último, el personal fue muy atento y nos tramitó el envío de las maletas a Tokio. Estuvimos muy a gusto y nuestra estancia fue muy agradable

Hotel perfetto per chi vuole soggiornare a Kyoto
Pros:

Staff attentissimo e pronto per ogni esigenza. L’hotel a parere mio non è un 3 stelle, ma un 4 stelle, per la pulizia, cortesia e ordine. Ogni giorno ci sono attività a cui partecipare. Soggiorno sopra le mie aspettative. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Pros:

Ich war bereits vor 3 kahren das erste Mal dort und auch dieses Mal war es wieder ein schönes Erlebnis. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte auch obwohl ihh sehr früh da war schon auf nein Zimmer. Das ganze hotel duftet gut und man entspannt schon beim reinkommen. Die Lage ist auch großartig. Schön gelegen in Sanjo direkt in der nähe zu zahlreichen Restaurants und dem Fluss.
