Hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean, ideal location, friendly staff. The hotel had daily cultural performances that were free for guests, they also had ReFa hair tools available to rent which I appreciated as I heard how good they were. We were given towels, bin bags, and fresh bottles of water daily and the room also had a traditional matcha tea kit for you to make fresh matcha during your stay.
It would’ve been handy to have signage for the door for rejecting additional towels. By the end of our 3 days we ended up with quite an abundance as we reused hand towels etc
La situación del hotel es inmejorable , cama y almohada comodisima y te dejan un kit para hacer tu propio ritual del té , es un detalle.

Wonderful location, rooms were clean and had plenty of space for us. Laundry on site was convenient. Great breakfast.
Only two washers and dryers made timing the laundry a bit tricky, but not a big deal. Grateful for any laundry facilities at all.

It was right in the middle of the city
This was our second time staying here, we rebooked because we had a good experience the first time around. But this time, the room was not clean at all - there was dust everywhere and the nozzle in the bidet was so dirty - Thankgod I saw it when I was trying to help my little one wash up. It was like layers of dirt. We asked for a queen bed but it was just two single beds joined together and they kept coming apart. We were a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids under 2 so you can imagine how chaotic that was. Room is very small barely any space to move around. Don’t be fooled by their laundry service downstairs. The clothes don’t end up clean.
The hotel is situated in a very convenient location. The staff was very kind and professional. The hotel hosts small events to entertain the guests. It is close to the main attractions and malls, but still quiet at night, allowing you to rest.
The breakfast was bad. The food was bland, soggy, or simply not tasty, to the point that we decided to skip breakfast (which we had already included and paid extra for). If you're vegetarian/pescatarian, there were almost no options for you in the morning; everything had meat on it (eggs, quiche, etc.). I think they'll be better at offering just a traditional Japanese or local menu instead of their interpretation of Italian cuisine.
