Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room lovely and clean, comfy beds, excellent bathroom facilities. Great location. Also put on free entertainment which was a bonus we wasnt expecting.

Perfect Kyoto stay!
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful, they provided lots of wonderful toiletries, breakfast was a good spread with lots of variety and something for everyone, the hotel put on free cultural events such as a calligraphy session which are normally things you would pay to do, the location was so helpful and central, their eco conscious cleaning, lighting in the rooms was lovely.

Cons:

Provision of soy milk at breakfast and more vegan options at breakfast.

Pros:

飯店位置非常便利，不論是購物或吃飯，一出去就非常熱鬧。
飯店的設計也很漂亮，非常有日式氛圍。
飯店人員的服務也都很好，有問題都很積極的幫忙。

Cons:

這次住的是一般雙人房（一張床），
房間也較小，能放行李的位子非常有限。
所以不建議帶太多的行李。
還有投幣式洗衣機如果能再多一點會更好。

Excellent!
Pros:

It’s very serene, clean and perfectly located.

Cons:

The relaxation/common room could install a better coffee machine. There wasn’t much choice there and the coffee available was terrible. But that’s really a small issue for me as I only used it once for a short time.

Ok stay. Great if you care about location
Pros:

The hotel was decorated very beautifully and I love the free tea ceremony with the maiko. I think it’s cool that they are giving a young person with a passion an opportunity to perform.

Cons:

The bidet in the bathroom didn’t work properly and the toilet had a stink to it.
