Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Very nice, modern, clean hotel in a gray location. The room was smaller than we’re typically used to and the price was a little higher than expected. Still a great experience and would stay there again.

Cons:

Small room rooms and the bed was slightly stiff

Pros:

A solid base for exploring Kyoto - the location near Kawaramachi is convenient for transport and sightseeing. The stay itself was comfortable and the rooms were fine. A decent choice if you're mostly out exploring, but don't expect much from the hotel itself.

Cons:

Our main gripe was the laundry situation: just two washing machines and two dryers for the entire hotel, which led to long waits. For a multi-night stay this is a real inconvenience.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful at all times, and the hotel overall was quite clean and quiet. The lounge area was well-stocked. The hotel has a stylish aesthetic. The location can't be beat, this is an ideal place to stay in Kyoto.

Cons:

I always want stair access at hotels that I stay at, sometimes I don't want to wait for the elevator if I am staying on a lower floor. The laundry facilities got quite crowded. Also, it would have been nice if the lounge was available earlier in the day.

la ubicación es perfecta, y los empleados de la recepción muy amables. enviamos maletas al proximo destino y muy bien.

Cons:

aunque no elegimos modo eco en ningun momento, no nos hicieron la habitacion ningun dia, aunque queriamos que nos la hicieran. y el tamaño de las habitaciones muy pequeño. y teles antiguas.

Erg fijn verblijf gehad op een centrale plek in Kyoto!
Pros:

Het was een erg mooi en prettig hotel. De kamers waren schoon en stil en de faciliteiten waren prettig. Het hotel ligt centraal en leuk in Kyoto.
We hebben ook gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel. Dat was lekker!

Amazing Kyoto Hotel
Pros:

This property was fantastic. The location was excellent. The rooms well appointed and quiet from any street noise. The hotel staff were so helpful and each night they hosted a cultural event. Really amazing stay in Kyoto.
