Pros:

Otelimizden çok memnun kaldık. Konumu oldukça güzeldi ve ulaşım açısından çok rahattı. Odamız temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü; konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi çok rahat hissettik.

Benim için ayrıca çok güzel bir detay da otelde ReFa ürünlerini deneyimleyebilmekti. Japonya’da özellikle merak ettiğim ReFa ürünlerini konaklama sırasında kullanma fırsatı bulmak gerçekten harikaydı ve otel deneyimimizi daha da özel hale getirdi.

Genel olarak çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Tekrar Kyoto’ya gelirsek memnuniyetle tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

繁華街なのに静かで落ち着いて過ごせた。立地がよく観光や散歩に便利だった。
お荷物預かりなど、スタッフが親切だった。
床がたたみで心地よい。

Japanese hospitality at its best
Pros:

I would recomend this hotel without hesitation.The location is perfect. 5mins walk to the train station and one train ride away from all notable sights. The staff was always polite and very helpfull making our stay truly worry free.The room was cozy and spotless. The tatami floor is a nice touch and the soft bed what i needed after long days of walking. We had no issues with space having two large and two small suitcases .Fresh amenities and clean towels faster that i could ask for them, there was even a traditional matcha tea set. Also amazing soundproofing. There was a construction nearby and I only figured it out when I walked past it.

Perfect neighborhood
Pros:

2nd time staying here and loved it all over again. Perfectly placed. Smells are amazing. Super cute area. Would come back again and again. Staff are so helpful. They have everything you need.

Bed itself is very small. Seems to be smaller to make room for chair and table which were kind of useless because the room is so small.

Majoitus oli hyvällä sijainnilla, aivan ravintoloiden ja kauppojen kupeessa. Huoneet olivat siistit ja hiljaiset, hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä. Erikoismaininnat huoneessa olevasta matchasta, sekä mahdollisuudesta laita ilmakseks esim. Kiharrinta aulasta.

Huoneiden näkymä parkkipaikalle, kuitenki sen sai peitettyä ”verholla”, pienet huoneet ja ei kaappeja.

Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were professional and courteous and the location was central to the sights we wanted to see. The amenities were also generous and the breakfast inclusion was very handy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Cons:

The lighting was a little poor and made it hard to read at night especially when planning trips for the next day.

Pros:

Voor ons lag het hotel op de perfecte locatie.
Het is een 3 sterren hotel maar heeft werkelijk waar alles wat je nodig hebt. Ze hebben dagelijks een echt Japanse culturele activiteit waar je aan zou kunnen deelnemen. Met warm weer kun je een gratis ijsje pakken. Zoals in alle Japanse hotels is aan alle gedacht en is alles geregeld.
