New, modern hotel, spacious rooms, air conditioning, not a bad breakfast, excellent location.

Cons:

The only problem is with the hotel staff here are the reasons:
1. In Booking the hotel states that there is a pool, but in reality there is no pool.
2. In Booking the hotel states that there is a jacuzzi, but in reality there is no jacuzzi.
3. We ordered food in the room service. They told us it would arrive in 25 minutes. After an hour, we understood they hadn't started cooking it yet and we canceled the order.

Pros:

Отличный отель! Всё очень чисто, уютно и комфортно. Номера аккуратные, персонал всегда вежливый, внимательный и готов помочь. Атмосфера очень приятная, благодаря чему отдых получился по-настоящему комфортным.
Отдельно хочу выразить огромную благодарность сотруднице ресепшен по имени Кундуз. Она очень доброжелательная, отзывчивая и профессиональная. Заселение прошло быстро, на все вопросы мы получили подробные ответы, а её улыбка и искреннее отношение сделали наше пребывание в отеле ещё приятнее.
Спасибо всему коллективу отеля за тёплый приём и высокий уровень сервиса! Обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель своим друзьям и знакомым и с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова.

Мне понравилось все и сам отель и персонал и шведсаий стол и напор душа и канплизация и вид из окна и шикарный ресто зона и лифт и тд супер просто а вокруг все есть : Остановаа , Макаронная ,круглосуточн маркеты , спа , и тд итп

Cons:

Ценя на такси и то что я выбпала из за бассейнаа на деле бассейн в хдр филиале в горах за который надо отд оплачиватьи са ой возвр с гора это дорооо и непростт

Good value for the price
Pros:

The front desk staff helped accommodate my request for room change, was polite and respectful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was very good

Cons:

The drawer below the where the kettle stood had dirty silverware and bread crumbs in it. The bathroom curtain needs to be washed

Everything exceeded my expectations! The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the facilities were well maintained. Thanks to friendly and welcoming staff, my stay was incredible, everyone was always happy to help! I also appreciated the delicious breakfast with a great variety of options. Overall, the hotel offered outstanding experience and made my stay truly enjoyable.

Honestly, I had a wonderful experience and didn’t encounter any issues. Everything was amazing!

Уютный отель
Pros:

Персонал просто восхитительный! Девочки на ресепшн очень милые, доброжелательные и быстро реагируют на просьбы)
Отель симпатичный, есть небольшие недостатки, но это не критично и не мешает отдыху.

The room was clean and spacious. It was the suite size with a view of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The neighborhood was safe, and one could walk to the center of the city if you don't mind some walking.

Cons:

There are trains passing by that can make noise in early morning, though it is not that frequent.

Приятное место для проживания
Pros:

Очень приятный и вежливый персонал. Большой номер. Учитывают пожелания. На завтраке большое разнообразие. Соседей не было слышно.

Cons:

Рядом с отелем железная дорога, спать можно в берушах, ночью очень громко. Кондиционер слабый, еле охлаждает, в самую жару здесь возможно будет не комфортно. Забыли убраться в ванной перед заездом, но как только сообщили на ресепшен, это сразу исправили. Несмотря на все минусы считаю отель приятным местом для проживания, особенно если нужно жилье именно в этом районе.

The first impressions of Kyrgyzstan begin with the country's border, the next is of course the hotel where I stayed. Everywhere I was greeted by warm, helpful people who helped from the bottom of their hearts. The greatest appreciation goes to the hotel administrator, I have fallen in love with Kyrgyzstan from the first day. The hotel had a quiet and peaceful rest with a great buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

Нам здесь было комфортно
Pros:

Удобный тёплый номер со стабильным Wi-Fi и рабочим пространством. Мягкая кровать. Из окна видны горы. Плотных завтраков хватало до вечера. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. До Ошского базара можно дойти пешком.
