Pros:

big spacious rooms. staff very friendly.good AC in each room.

Cons:

rooms dusty , rarely get hot water, location not appropriate for me, no sign outside of hotel difficult to find. food area also not clean. no lift and lots of stairs!

Very good location, reasonable prices and exceptional service
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Orchard Cottage Hotel. The location is excellent—safe and conveniently close to key landmarks like the High Commission, Dolmen Mall, and the Shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi. The property itself offers a unique blend of a homely and hotel-like environment, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.

A special mention to the manager, Mr Farhan, whose hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and welcoming accommodation in the area.

All Staff persons Were Great in Presence and specially Manager`s Arbab and Farhan Responded quickly, breakfast were marvellous. had a great stay keep it up.

Pros:

I arrived just before midnight to find my room had been given away and there was no other available. Accomodated at a guesthouse down the street but a rude shock after a long flight to Pakistan.

Cons:

Apparently a persistent problem with internet booking. Be wary!
