Chuveiro excelente com água bem quente. Cama e travesseiros limpos e muito confortáveis e a localização é muito boa. O quarto que fiquei era grande. Café da manhã muito bom

Furto de pertences no apartamento.

Me hospedei neste hotel por várias vezes, mas infelizmente nesta me roubaram alguns pertences, os quais acharam que não ia perceber. Pois foi alguns, ladrão não roubaria apenas alguns. Avisei recepção imediatamente, me enrolaram e nada. Acionei 190, vieram e me orientaram fazer BO na civil. Funcionário hotel tirou corpo fora e disse que tenho que provar. Me senti enganado, mãos atadas pois polícia falou que não vira em nada altera imagens das câmeras e não vira em nada. Vou esperar se hotel resolva amigável senão apresentarei o Bo juntamente com as provas e resolver judicialmente o que não vai ser bom para o hotel.
