Pros:

Ich fand das Hotelpersonal fantastisch, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Pools sind herrlich. Wenn Sie einen erholsamen Urlaub suchen, ist dieses Hotel perfekt.

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast had plenty of variety and choices. Excellent location, great rooms, excellent facilities, clean. Good service by all involved in the hotel.

Pros:

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel, large, clean rooms, an incredible pool area, lovely staff and great location.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough, such good value for money.

Cons:

Could do with a few more sunbeds as on busier days you have to come out early to secure a bed

Pros:

Excellente expérience sur 9 jours dans cet hôtel. La piscine est impeccable, le personnel vraiment agréable et disponible tout au long du séjour. Le petit-déjeuner mérite le détour : formule buffet et à la carte, de quoi satisfaire tout le monde chaque matin. Un séjour réussi de A à Z, à recommander sans hésitation.

カンボジアを大満喫！
Pros:

スタッフの皆さんがいつも笑顔で対応してくれました。
ロケーションも良く、シェムリアップ川沿いやオールドマーケットにも徒歩6，7分程度ですので、息子と毎夕歩いて屋台に夕食を食べに行きましたし、お土産も買うことができました。
程よく中心から離れているので、危険を感じることもほぼなく、ホテルの前にはトゥクトゥクも何台かいつも待機しているので、少し離れたところに行きたい場合も便利です。
飲用水はレセプションのところにウォーターサーバーがあるので、ほぼそれで大丈夫です。
部屋はとても広くて、綺麗に掃除されていました。
そして、なんといっても中庭にプールがあり、そこでゆったりと午後を過ごすことができました。
小学生の子どもと一緒だったので、午前中に観光名所を回り、午後は息子はプール、私はプールサイドでくつろいでいました。
シェムリアップには、サーカスもあるのですが、ここのチケット購入手配、トゥクトゥクの手配も快くしていただきました。
朝食はいくつかのメニューから選ぶのですが、どれも美味しかったです！
チェックアウトの際には、皆さん笑顔で手を振ってくれるなど、本当に素敵なカンボジア旅行を満喫することができました。
また是非行きたいと思えるホテルでした。

Pros:

This place is a fantastic. A short walk away from the centre (tuktuk waiting outside all the time). The hotel was clean and peaceful. The staff were the nicest people, so happy and would do anything to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They have a restaurant on site, we didn’t use it because we were out but the food that did come out looked good. The pool is lovely, with a little swim up bar. There are shops and a lovely bagel cafe minutes walk away. The room was spacious and very peaceful. For the price we paid this is a hidden gem and would be on par with some of the places we would go for a couple holiday. Hopefully be back here soon!
