Pros:

Friendly and efficient staff. Very modern and beautiful hotel in the heart of Siem Reap in city center. I was supposed check in at 2pm but fortunately, the hotel staff allowed us to check in at 1pm it was very nice and I felt very welcome.

The Staff Are The Best
Pros:

This was the loveliest property, mostly due to the attitude of the staff. They were so polite and friendly, clearly enjoying their work. We had a poolside room on the ground floor but there was no intrusive noise from passers’ by or from the pool. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Shops, restaurants etc. are a short walk away. Tuk Tuk drivers’ have a base outside the hotel so it is easy to get local transport.

Just good
Pros:

Swimming pool was nice, hotel is quite close to city center and in pretty calm area. AC was working rather fine and there was a lot of space in the room. They also allowed later check out and space to wait outside the room (toilet and shower). Staff was generaly great and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was strange, there was only rain shower with no curtains, so half of it was always wet. We were also missing light near the mirror, there was only one above. Moreover it was always very hot in there and ventilation was poor. Also whole room wasnt noise proof at all.

In short, I just thought this hotel lacked a good level of care and maintenance, and is better described as a hostel.

Initially got given a room behind the pool pump house next to the metal stairs, when booking a pool view room. I’m a pretty light sleeper so people walking up and down the stairs was quite loud when in the room, plus being in the dark corner behind the pump house wasn’t ideal.

When going to the desk there tended to be 4-5 persons there at one time, and I asked if any other rooms were available due to the above. I felt very awkward as though they looked to each other as if to wonder who was drawing the short straw, but they were kind enough to offer other rooms.

We chose a different room, but this turned out to be a mistake - I had assumed all rooms would be the same but there seems to be a variance in quality across supposedly identical rooms.

Firstly there was no safe so they brought the one from our old room (in my eyes a safe not screwed to the wall also defeats the point somewhat), the sliding doors means there was always a large gap in the door for bugs to get through, there was then no mesh curtain so it was either full blackout curtains or no privacy, the shower had no glass screen and the bathroom was not designed to be a wet room so however hard we tried the floor would get soaked and we’d need to gather towels to try and mop it up every time. The bathroom wall looked to be covered by black mold as when rubbing my finger against it it came off, but as polished concrete looking wall it was difficult to tell what it was due to the dark colour - smelt very musty though. The TV was broken (not an issue for us but just remove it?), and the furniture just looked a bit chipped and knackered.

My partner said about the issues to the desk and they said that there were no rooms as everyone was checked in now and to check back tomorrow, which was fair enough.

Pros:

I loved everything – the room was spotlessly clean, bright and tidy; the staff were always attentive and friendly; the breakfast options were good; everything was delicious the pool was amazing

Cons:

The water was never cold, but I suppose that was because the weather was hot. Sometimes the water from the shower and the sink tasted and smelled of earth.

We spent a relaxing few days in the Hotel.
Pros:

Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Nice cosy hotel, suitably away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

Cons:
