Pros:

Die Anlage liegt zwar nicht am Strand, aber wir haben sogar verlängert. Strategisch ist alles in der Nähe und wir wollten mal wieder selbst kochen. Im Bonnies Deli ca. 2 km nördlich gibt es italienische Feinkost. Einfach köstlich. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns mit dem besten Roller versorgt, den wir bisher hatten. Es war herrlich ruhig und das Appartement war absolut Europäischer Standard. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen. Riesiger Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Mikrowelle, 1 Herdplatte, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Alles, als wäre es gestern gekauft worden. Danke für diese Oase.

Pros:

Es war alles rundum super. Zimmer, Personal und Ausstattung. Man konnte dirket dort ein Roller mieten und uns wurde bei jeglichen Problemen immer geholfen. Der Strand und 7-eleven war auch direkt zu erreichen. Jede Menge Restaurants waren auch fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Da das Hotel dirket an der Straße liegt, war natürlich der Verkehr immer zu hören. Aber für uns war das ok.
Das kleine Kind hat ab und zu morgens um 05.30 Uhr die ganze Anlage zusammengeschrien. Das war etwas nervig😅

Schöne Bungalows, aber schwierige Situation während unseres Aufenthalts
Pros:

Unser Bungalow war grundsätzlich sehr schön, rustikal und für Thailand absolut passend. Zu Beginn wurden wir von der Gastgeberin auch sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten sogar auf Kulanz ein besseres Zimmer als ursprünglich gebucht.

Dieses Zimmer war jedoch ein Verbindungsbungalow mit einer Tür zum Nachbarzimmer. Eines Morgens zog unser Nachbar überstürzt aus, nachdem in seinem Zimmer Bettwanzen festgestellt wurden. Das Zimmer wurde noch am selben Tag behandelt. Da unsere Zimmer nur durch eine Verbindungstür getrennt waren, baten wir vorsorglich um einen Zimmerwechsel.

Es wurden zwar Alternativen aufgezeigt, diese waren zunächst jedoch nicht wirklich gleichwertig. Schließlich erhielten wir kurzfristig ein alternatives Zimmer, mussten dieses jedoch bereits nach einer Nacht - ohne ersichtlichen Grund - wieder verlassen und sollten in ein deutlich einfacheres Zimmer umziehen.

Etwas irritierend war für uns außerdem, dass unser ursprüngliches Zimmer – obwohl es direkt neben dem betroffenen Zimmer lag – nicht behandelt wurde und bereits am nächsten Tag wieder an neue Gäste vergeben war.

Die Kommunikation wurde im Verlauf leider zunehmend schwieriger und weniger freundlich. Da wir uns mit der Situation nicht mehr wohlgefühlt haben, entschieden wir uns schließlich, die Unterkunft zu verlassen und uns eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen.

Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam, bra läge , fint rum, skön säng o bra kuddar och täcke, har så att man kan köpa mat, frukt och dryck för väldigt bra pris

Cons:

Vi fick inget varmvatten i duschen, komplicerat duschsystem. Kan vara bra att veta att stranden precis nedanför går inte bada vid pga klippstenar

Friendly staff. Nice plants around the cabin.

The photos online do not reflect the reality. The property is very over priced.

You are paying hotel prices without the service. Not all the lights worked in our room. There is no bedside lights. The shower head was broken. It feels unfinished in the room, like they give up to save money. We felt disappointed.

There is no hotel atmosphere, the check in is behind a smoothie stall. Not worth the money, will get much better for the same price elsewhere.

Pros:

You will have everything you need here, this family owned business offers many services to their guests, you can rent scooters, taxi service (if you are without means or drivers liscense) fresh juices, daytrips and boat transfers. But most important of all, the family and staff are all super friendly and helpful and the bungalows are nice and clean( good beds too)

Schöne Bungalow Anlage aber Preis-Leistung hat für uns nicht wirklich gepasst
Pros:

Wir hatten das ein doppel Bungalow mit einer Verbindungstür.
Die Bungalows waren sehr großzügig geschnitten und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Den Strand konnte man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand selber ist super schön und hat mehrere Bars, Restaurants und Massagen im Angebot

Cons:

Das man über eine Straße laufen musste um an den Strand zu kommen (waren mit Kindern unterwegs) und wir hatten eigentlich erwartet für den Preis wenigstens etwas Meerblick zu haben.
Der Preis war uns für 8 Tage und für die Lage etwas zu hoch!
