Liked everything.
Would be good to have sun block out blinds for room windows as day light in room as soon as sun comes up.But everything fine,Clean & good pool and gym.

Nice little oasis in Bangkok but a bit of the beaten track

Lovely spacious room, staff helpful and friendly, great pool

This is a hidden gem. The pool is super clean, they didn't mind us checking in @1.15am after a long trip back to Bangkok and nothing was too much trouble. Only stayed the one night, wish I could have stayed longer.

Everything clean and well presented, everything you need, super friendly staff and the whole place has a real positive energy. Will be back !

The room was clean, larger than we expected & the staff were very friendly & helpful. It’s a very good value but don’t expect anything fancy. The pool was very nice & great for a dip after coming back from a tour or even dinner. They have a decent self service laundry laundry but you have to pay 40Baht to wash & at least 40 Baht to dry, not very much US.

When the washers were busy the day I was doing laundry, they sent us a fruit plate as an apology. Again I can’t say enough how nice the staff & owner, Jang were.

It’s about a 20 minute walk to restaurants on the river. I highly recommend Yoyak, 10 River & The River Never Sleeps. Also a grocery store, Tops is a 5 minute walk. As for sights, most are on the other side of the river. But you’re saving enough on your stay it’s worth it.

Beautiful property that's quiet that was recently built. Rooms are clean, pool is salt water and was very nice. Laundry facility on site, elevator, various outdoor lounge areas. We will be back for sure! Book in advance, they sell out quick.

Good location , quite area , and most of the staff are very welcoming however checking ahead of time with only 4 hours difference doesn’t make sense of paying . also all the staff should know how to handle customers especially coming from a long trip .

Enjoying a relaxed stay

The staff was amazing and made you feel like home! Located on the west side of the city, the stay was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

An oasis hidden amongst the streets on the west side of the river. Ideal to explore that area but not for the classic Bangkok sites.

The best hotel and the best staff. Really nice people, how makes you feel like home and helps u with everything. The beds is really good, men pool is clean and perfect

It was a relaxing, comfortable and clean room (daily cleaning and fresh waterbottles, airconditioning, refrigerator with freezer, plates and cutlery, watercooker), the fresh and clean swimmingpool was so welcome in sweaty bangkok, as of the lounchers and parasols and relaxing music.
Is has a few sitting areas with swings in a very nice garden.
Washingmachines are available. And also a gym.
All the (family)staff was so friendly. Helping us find the most enjoyable spots and the best ways to get there.
The (included) breakfast contains white bread (with toaster) with 3 kind of jams and 3 kind of fruits and a surpise very tasty warm thai dish.

The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful they go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are good size and clean.

For me it was the choice of the lady I came to meet. It's a lovely hotel, swimming pool is great, laundry is cheap to do 50 baht alltold I think.
Wi-Fi is only available on the ground floor public areas which is a pain, but get a Thai SIM card and their services are good.

This place is amazing! Nice spacious rooms and a very nice swimming pool area. I loved this area of Bangkok. It was my 3rd time in the city but the 1st south of the river and it buzzes amazingly! But nothing beats the staff. They were INCREDIBLE! Going out of their way to make sure we had an amazing stay always with a smile !

The hotel ate the most friendly and helpful i have stayed in Bangkok. Great free brekfast. Great quiet area for access to many places like khao san , fantastic floating market and many other places. Maybe woud be good if had auto wifi in room but thats all. Its superb value with brek included
