👍 What We Liked:
Accessible location – Just one tricycle ride from San Narciso municipal hall, which is also the main bus stop for trips to/from Iba, Zambales. Very convenient for commuters.
Peaceful beach – The biggest highlight. The beach is just a few seconds’ walk from the resort (across the coastal road). It’s uncrowded, quiet, and relaxing. We always had space to set up our mat and enjoy the view.
Safe beach area – There’s a nearby lifeguard post, which gave us peace of mind while swimming.
Resort design – Feels like a private pool resort in Metro Manila but with beach access. Clean and well-structured.
Spacious room – Enough space for our things, with good storage for clothes.
Strong air conditioning – No issues throughout our stay.
Comfortable bed – Big and soft, good for resting after beach activities.
Private pool (for kids) – Helpful for rinsing off after swimming in the sea.
Lunch food quality –
Sweet and sour fish – good portion and taste
Pancit canton (₱250) – large serving, good for up to 4 people
Bicol Express – flavorful and can actually serve 3–4 people
Nearby stores and resorts – Easy to buy essentials or explore other food options within walking distance
What Could Be Improved:
Water availability – Only small bottled water (250ml) is sold at ₱40. No gallon or liter options. Guests should bring their own or buy outside.
Limited mirrors – Only one mirror inside the bathroom, which caused inconvenience when getting ready.
No bedside table – We had to use a chair as an alternative.
Slow breakfast service – Waiting time ranges from 20–40 minutes, but we experienced up to 1 hour when it was busy.
Menu availability issues – Some items (like beef tapa) became unavailable, and we were only informed late after waiting.
Breakfast quality – Portions are small, prices are relatively high (₱180–₱250), and taste is just average.
Inconsistent service –
Requested extra towels were not delivered
Had to follow up personally the next day
Staff miscommunication –
Some staff say different things (e.g., whether meals include rice)
We were charged extra rice (₱90) because it wasn’t clearly explained that fish fillet already came with rice
Inconsistent pricing –
Extension was quoted ₱2200 the night before
Then ₱2400 the next morning by a different staff
Order accuracy and coordination – Staff sometimes forget requests or fail to communicate details clearly
Ambience.
The room's clean but too small.
The beach was full of jellyfish at 6 PM, so you couldn't even swim anymore. The room was clean, but the toilet wasn't for me. It was a bit boring to stay there with no activities at all, which is why I checked out early and decided to move to another area and hotel.
Thankyou mope resort nag enjoy family ko 🥰
Staff were nice and helpful. Good place for a budget price.
