Pros:

Das Hotel ist in einer super Lage fußläufig zum Bahnhof.
Die Appartementtartigen Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Kleine Kochzeile, Waschmaschine etc. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Kyoto perfekt.

Das Personal war super freundlich und mega hilfsbereit.

Très pratique
Pros:

L’emplacement très pratique. Nous avions une chambre familiale et cela concevait bien à notre famille. Nous avons pu faire des machines de linge pendant notre séjour, nécessaire et pratique.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol, la table pour manger était trop petite pour quatre personnes.

Pros:

This hotel was great! The room is comfy and had a great bathroom and shower :) staff were really nice as well. It's located pretty close to a bunch of shops, malls and Kyoto main station.

Cons:

There was no dryer for laundry, but that's alright. They provided a drying rack and fan if it was really necessary

Impecable i ben situat. Repetiria segur.
Pros:

L'habitació molt correcte, petitona com era d'esperar però el fet de ser lliteres donava la sensació de no ser tant petita, i per tres nits va estar bé. Ben equipada, potser algun utensili extra hagués estat bé, portàvem molts dies de viatge i poder preparar-nos alguna cosa a la cuina era d'agrair. Molt net tot i impecable.
El personal de recepció molt amable, després de revisar l'estat de l'habitació ens va deixar entrar abans de l'hora prevista, i ens van ajudar també amb l'enviament de maletes. Molt agraïts.
Situat en una zona residencial, a 5 minuts a peu d l'estació de Kyoto ( per afagar el tren als Toris o al bosc de bambú) i a 10 caminant de Gion que suposa una passejada molt agradable. La seva ubicació fa molt fàcil arribar als punts d'interès previstos.
Sens dubte repetiria.

When can I come back? :)
Pros:

Very close to Kyoto station and two more train stations for quick transport. Spacious room and very comfortable beds. Split WC and shower room, which was convenient. Good space to store luggage, shoes and hang clothes. Big fridge!!!
The fact that we didn't have a drier but only a washing machine did not cause any problems as we were given for free a small fan (we called it MO :) ) and a enough hangers to air dry our clothes. This, in combination with the air condition unit switched to dry mode, worked wonders. Staff was always available, polite and smiling and communication before the stay was on time and to the point, explaining anything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood, next to temples and gardens. Amenities were more than enough and cleaning service was once again amazing.

Cons:

I can't find anything, really, I feel very lucky I was able to book this hotel after cancelling my previous reservation due to the extreme tax I would pay with the new rules in Kyoto.
