Pros:

Very good location near the station , calm and clean place, very comfortable room, staff was very friendly and helpful. More space for large people

Pros:

Clean, comfortable room very close to Kyoto Station. Staff were super friendly and helped us to organise transport to the airport.

Cons:

If you travel with multiple large suitcases, the space will be too small. This was not an issue for us personally.

Pros:

Super ! Très belle chambre, extrêmement bien équipée ! Mais attention, notre chambre avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur un mure qui devait être à 30cm … donc aucune vue ni aucune lumière naturelle. Sinon rien a redire de la chambre en elle même.

Valuable stay, nice, comfortable, clean.
Pros:

I made a request to the front desk to rent a small fan and a clothes drying rack. It was really helpful to make my own laundry with these 2 piece setup in my room. It works well, fantastic esp during winter time.
The room is spot clean and exactly the same as photo illustrated. The space, enough to fit 5 of us with futons.

Cons:

Kitchen is a bit small with a limited supply of utensils and cookware, so I didn't use it for my trip as a self cook.

Pros:

The hotel is about 7-10 minutes walk to the train station. I love the place! It is a quiet area and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They have brochures and lists of restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out systems are easy.

Cons:

I love having more than 1 pillow. It would have been nice to have more pillows in the room.
