Pros:

Et meget venligt og serviceminded personale.
Vi oplevede et jordskælv mens vi var på Fuji Matsuzono og det håndterede personalet helt fantastisk og sørgede for at alt foregik stille og roligt..
Rigtig fin morgenmad, mere japansk end continentalt, men det var godt, og kaffen var super..
Hotellet ons var helt igennem fantastisk.

Cons:

Værelserne var lige til den "lille" side, men det gik.

Good value, beautiful onsen and beautiful Fuji views!
Pros:

The Onsen was definitely the highlight...clean and the outside bath was beautiful!! Room was a little small but comfortable. Staff was warm and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was average and the curtains let in too much light (sunrise was very early).
