Rooms - especially the bathrooms need a lot of work. Bed comfortable.
It would be great if all of the breakfast didn't come out on one small board all at once. It looks pretty but very impractical.

We had a lovely stay! Felt private but also it was nice being close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We truly felt taken care of. I would 100% recommend!!

Hôtel très bien situé avec aux alentours un large choix de restaurants et boutiques. Le service du personnel est de haut niveau! Ils sont souriant, à l’écoute et refont même votre chambre en fin de journée pour la préparer pour votre retour à dormir, que demander de plus! Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur de mon séjour. Je vous recommande vivement cette établissement pour sa localisation mais surtout pour les employés qui sont au top
Washroom sink was blocked with dirty water. I had booked the room for three people but they told us to adjust in a two people room. And during check out time they told us they were missing of one hand towel and told us to pay 50000. After sometime they told us to pay 30000 instead of 50000. We were in a rush to reach the airport. We paid 30000 to leave the hotel. Very disappointed with the service.
Great stay first time in Cangu hotel was lovely food was great had a little trouble getting our 20%off meal and forgot about afternoon tea until last day no reminders but probably our fault for forgetting.

The staff were hospitable as always in Bali - HOWEVER, our stay at Tapa Tepi Kali was unfortunately a battle, hence the overall one star. We booked the Deluxe Pool Access room - the room itself was freshly renovated, a big room with a big bed and strong air-conditioning. The bathroom was a massive disappointment. I blame Expedia here, as the photos were minimal, clearly angled at the shower door only. The bathroom was not renovated, with what appeared to be an old outdoor glass door that swung inwards giving even less space. Only one person can fit in there at a time, also not to mention it was filthy. There was rust in ever corner, dust and dirt - the floor was also hideously dirty. We brought this to the attention of staff, who stated they would give a deep clean. Not much changed, in addition to the fact it was still far too small. We again informed the staff as well as Expedia of our dissatisfaction, who were both extremely unhelpful. The staff said we could upgrade to the Villa - at a cost - more than it was through Expedia, and even though this room was available throughout our stay. Being a Gold Member and this property being VIP Access, I was expecting far better service. This left a bitter taste in our mouth, and we checked out 5 days early. Expedia did not help to adjust our stay or even give us alternate options or partial refund. I have used Expedia consistently and exclusively for years and unfortunately will now be changing travel platforms.
For the rating of this property, the rooms were average and the mattress was poor, which led to poor nights sleep, resulting in leaving early. Staff were very accommodating, however upon switching rooms for a better bed, the same style mattress was present. Disappointed in the quality of basic elements of the rooms ie the beds.
My late arrival was accommodated and I spent two nights in a luxurious, clean and comfortable private villa. The pool is lovely, complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff were kind and friendly. The location is perfect, under 10 min walk to a lot of great food, spa and shopping options.
Først fikk vi ikke håndklær, og når vi først fikk så fikk vi kun to stk - ingen til ben, hår eller hender.
På forhånd var de opplyst hvilke kansler tvn hadde, og tvn hadde ingen av de kanalene. Vi kontakten resepsjonen angående kanelene, og de sa de skulle fikse de men det ble ikke gjort.
Ble også matforgiftet av en salat jeg spiste der.
