Waardeloos. Ik zou hier echt nooit meer naar toe gaan

Zeer slechte ervaring. In recensies las ik dat het personeel aardig zou zijn, en op zich zijn ze dat wel een beetje, maar het serviceniveau is zo laag dat je er uiteindelijk niets aan hebt.

Het eten werd koud geserveerd en kwam bovendien niet overeen met wat we besteld hadden.

Bij aankomst om 20:00 uur heb ik gevraagd of de slaapbank opgemaakt kon worden voor mijn twee kleine kinderen. Dit werd bevestigd en genoteerd. Na het eten, anderhalf uur later, was er echter niets gebeurd. Toen ik dit ging melden, kreeg ik te horen dat ik het ook zelf kon doen en kreeg ik simpelweg beddengoed mee.

Eenmaal boven bleek de slaapbank geen matras te hebben. Ik moest opnieuw naar beneden, in een hotel zonder lift, en vervolgens zelf een matras uit een andere kamer halen en naar boven dragen. Dit is echt onacceptabel.

Daarnaast zijn de bedden van slechte kwaliteit, de kussens waardeloos en is er veel lawaai op de gang en buiten, waardoor je nauwelijks kunt slapen.

Al met al een compleet gebrek aan organisatie en service. Dit is zonder twijfel het slechtste hotel waar ik ooit heb verbleven.

Vine por trabajo y la ubicación esta genial, el desayuno variado, saludable, abundante y puedes solicitar que lo ajusten a tus deseos. el personal respetuoso, amigables y resolutivos. la limpieza OK... es cómodo y acogedor.... muy buena opción para el precio. estacionamiento amplio y la piscina muy linda y limpia. el detalle negativo es que no cuenta con ascensor pero el personal colaboro en traer el equipaje. Volveré sin duda...

Cons:

The personnel of the hotel's restaurant at night. I was the third person arriving into the restaurant and behind me, 15 minutes later a whole group arrived to eat dinner. The hostest was taking everyone's order while I was calling for her many times. I however was the last person to be assisted; and before she took my order, the 60% of clients left satisfied.
I went to reception to complain about the situation and I was about to grab my luggage to leave my accommodation, when they called me to give me a wrong order which I had to accept because I was hungry after 11 hours of flight. An apology? Unacceptable and not justified.

I took my meal to the room and with a lump on my throat I started to eat my dinner, already at 10:40pm. Does it count that I ordered food at 6:00pm from the same restaurant and it never arrived? What can you do when you don't know the area and it was your first meal of the day? Their food was not the best. How long did it take them to grill a chicken breast of 2 in thickness? I never asked plantains and my drink was hot... Not even ice cubes. I still reckon they did not want to take my order at all and I don't understand why, but all those workers involved in such a bad customer service should be fired.

I requested kitchen utensils to prepare my own meals to avoid this again, but they never gave them to me as they said twice they would send them to my room.
I never felt so humiliated in my entire life, and if you can avoid the hotel, just do it. There are better places. The floors are always dirty and the chairs at the balcony stink from people's sweat. Alcohol sanitizes well. Poor detail oriented.
