El baño de la habitación tenia muy mal olor, al llegar al hotel no tenían punto de venta disponible y el pago se tuvo que hacer en efectivo, la cocina de la habitación no tenia ningún utensilio para cocinar, no limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas el día domingo. En la habitación se escucha todo el ruido que hacen afuera

ATTENTION HÔTEL À FUIR : Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Après une sortie organisée par l’établissement entre 10h et 16h, nous sommes revenues en chambre et avons constaté que des affaires avaient été déplacées. En vérifiant nos effets personnels, 100 euros et une carte bancaire avaient disparu.

Le problème a été signalé immédiatement. La police touristique a été contactée. Malgré cela, nous avons été baladées pendant plusieurs jours : absence supposée du responsable, informations contradictoires sur les caméras, puis annonce qu’aucune caméra ne couvrait la zone concernée. Aucune résolution sérieuse n’a été proposée avant le départ.

Au-delà de la perte financière, c’est surtout le sentiment d’insécurité et le manque de professionnalisme qui marquent ce séjour. Vous êtes victimes mais c’est votre faute ! Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.
