Nice hotel near town centre.

Needs renovation. Poor maintenance with items not working such as the bathroom shower. Poor quality breakfast. Air conditioner not working properly.

Excellent accommodation
Pros:

All staff were fantastic !!!! friendly, helpful and made our stay very welcoming. Our room was very spacious and we are looking forward to staying there again next year.

Vasca da bagno confortevole, come anche i letto e il bagno.
Staff davvero alla mano e gentilissimo.
Pulizia ben fatta.

In generale si nota che la struttura ha vissuto momenti migliori e periodi di maggior fasto.
Al primo colpo d'occhio sembrava poco rinnovata.
La Terrazza è trascurata e potrebbe avere un restyling.
Poca scelta nel buffet della colazione.

La location era buona perché in pieno centro e poco distante a piedi dal porto.

Cons:

Ho avuto dei disagi legati all'aria condizionata e alla carenza dell'acqua. Ho poi scoperto che questi disagi ci sono stati anche prima del mio soggiorno; avrei quindi gradito essere informato al check in e non di scoprirli durante la mia permanenza.

Per una notte è piu che sufficiente di piu sarebbe stato stressante

Pulizia buona, personale cortese sia alla reception che al buffet, colazione buona, prezzo buono

Cons:

Ho prenotato due stanze mentre invece era una stanza dentro l altra con un solo ingresso quindi manca l intimità, bagni poco illuminati ed un solo condizionatore quindi ce una persona che ghiaccia ed altri che sudano nelle altre camere. Parcheggio impossibile tra strisce blu con gli abusivi e le bianche quasi inesistenti tra l altro introvabili libere, ce ne saranno 8 in 10 km, marciapiede inesistente o impraticabile con valigie e mentre cammini sparisce e ti ritrovi sulla strada tra le auto

Hotel senza le terme, non utilizzabili, ma dalle descrizioni si potevano utilizzare. Bagno nascosto, senza finestra, la notte la luce non c'era nei bagni, causa lavori? vasca assolutamente inadeguata. Posizione della camera non consona ad un hotel quattro stelle. colazione assolutamente insufficiente, degrado dello stabile visibile sotto molti aspetti. Costo del parcheggio alto, considerato che il parcheggio è un loro parcheggio.
