Struttura pulita e confortevole con camere accoglienti dotate di tutti i confort. Staff disponibile e gentile. Ampia scelta per colazione, servita in una sala con splendida vista sul mare. Ottima posizione vicino a luoghi di interesse storico e servita da punti ristoro e negozi. Ci torno ad ogni occasione.

Pros:

The location is convenient and the staff were polite.

Cons:

The room did not meet the deluxe standard. The air conditioning was not working despite being reported and was not fixed during the stay.
The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible signs of wear, corrosion and cleanliness issues.
Basic amenities such as slippers and bathrobes were missing.

The breakfast was very limited and did not meet expectations, especially considering that the hotel was fully occupied during the Easter period.

Posizione ottima, terrazza con vista meravigliosa, stanze molto grandi, pulite ed accoglienti. Personale disponibile.

Cons:

La mancanza di un parcheggio è un po limitante. Ho prenotato questa struttura per la volontà di effettuare la Spa ma arrivati ci è stato comunicato che sono inagibili e che eventuali servizi connessi, come massaggi o fanghi, andavano prenotati 24h prima. Sarebbe stato carino sapere prima dell'inagibilità della spa.
Per il resto tutto più che perfetto, location accogliente e curata.

Ho prenotato una camera DELUX vista mare per un evento con la mia fidanzata, ma all'arrivo in hotel mi hanno dato una camera non DELUX e senza vista mare! Torno alla reception per farlo presente e mi dice che non hanno disponibili camere vista mare ci è stato un errore. Provano a riparare dandomi una camera con bagno sotterraneo e vista cortile abbandonato spacciandola per camera superiore. Torno di nuovo alla reception e mi assegnano una camera spacciata per SUITE...in pratica per la struttura una camera fatiscente ma quadrupla viene spacciata per SUITE inoltre si passa da vista mare a vista degrado allego foto. Colazione pessima la scelta era tra cornetti vuoti e crostata del supermercato. La reception non mi ha comunicato i costi del parcheggio che sono anche elevati per il servizio offerto ovvero 18€ per un parcheggio distante su una salita ripida all'aperto e in un cortile abbandonato! Ovviamente mi è stata rovinata una serata particolare. Da notare che nemmeno booking.com mi ha fornito assistenza sul problema. Non consiglierei questa struttura e non consiglierei nemmeno più prenotare tramite booking.com

Frühstück für Italien gut. Zimmer / Suite geräumig. Sauberkeit ok, Ausstattung etwas spartanisch.
Die Dame an der Rezeption bei Abreise sehr nett.

Cons:

Der Empfang sehr einsilbig. Auf die Feststellung, dass Fotos bei booking stark von der Realität abweichen, kam der Kommentar "just like McDonalds" Parkplatz kostet 18€, davon war bei Buchung nicht die Rede!
