Pros:

Basic, but good value for money.

Cons:

Unable to cool the room. There was an air-conditioning outlet but the system wasn't operating; that I could have accepted given the cost, but all of the window winder handles were missing. The windows on the east side were set in a slightly open position, but the western window (which would have allowed a cross-draught) was fixed in a fully-closed position.

booking.com and this place stole my $50. homeless but who cares
Pros:

they took my money and didn’t bother to let me check in. i booked it close to midnight and was told i should’ve been there earlier than the time i made the booking the following day.

Cons:

i’m homeless and rather than have my $50 for food or accommodation, these fat cats keep it.

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs. Manager/owner extremely unpleasant.

I didn’t have to stay long

Cons:

Pods are not private, basically just bunk beds. Go to a hostel instead, it will have better facilities.

Pros:

It was the only property available within my price range for the night I needed to book and was close to pubic transport

Cons:

My family was affected by the flood disaster in Wye River and I had been asked to mind my grandaughter on the same night I had booked. I missed the free cancellation deadline by 1 hour and 10minutes, due to the timing of making the family arrangements. The cancellation was made at that time (1:09am) but a refund was refused. Even a half refund would have been acceptable. I also had trouble cancelling the booking and continued to receive notices about my upcoming stay.

Reasonably priced, great location.
Pros:

Great location and reasonable price located walking distance from most places we planned to go when our initial accomodation fell through

Cons:

The door code hadn't arrived by the time we arrived and the room wasn't quite ready. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and made us comfortable while we waited to drop our bags.

Pros:

Excellent location.
Fair amenity all to the details outline in the booking pages so there were no surprises or hidden information.
I was particularly pleased to have a lower level pod as I feel the top level may have been a little tricky to get in and out of.

I enjoyed it. My pod was fine, bedding/towel was clean and fresh, I slept well and found it to be quite cosy! Manage
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The pod was fully functioning and the bedding was clean and smelt fresh. The bathrooms and toilet were wonderful and the house was always very clean. The manager was helpful and accommodating too.

Cons:

I did suggest the addition of hand towels in the bathrooms. The buttons in my friends pod weren’t all working and there were some marks/stains on the curtains of some of the pods. It also doesn’t help if others’ personal hygiene is poor as the pod room can become a bit smelly.
