Staff telling off people at midnight for walking around out of the shower in a towel.
No towel in my room so had to find one because i forgot to bring one.

Great accommodation at 15 Charles
Pros:

Hugh is always lovely and greets guests with a smile and professionalism. The location is fantastic with transport, food and Victoria Street at your doorstep. The owner provides fast and reliable updates on any questions about the property and it is a great atmosphere within the common areas.

Overall great value for money. Would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, easy to get to on PT. Comfortable enough for the price

Cons:

Bed/pod was very creaky.

couldnt sleep due to other guests in the communal areas until 3am, needs better sound proofing between common areas and sleeping areas

Pods not suitable for anyone taller than 5’8
