Un séjour parfait dans un riad magnifique, idéalement situé, avec un personnel exceptionnel et des prestations au top.
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil parfait dès notre arrivée, la propreté irréprochable des lieux et la beauté du riad. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 30 secondes de la place, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et copieux, même lorsque nous partions tôt en excursion, une formule à emporter était prévue. Le personnel est très accueillant, à l’écoute et toujours de bon conseil pour les visites et les restaurants. Un petit plus pour Badr, pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse. Les chambres sont impeccables et la terrasse est superbe pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou profiter du soleil. Le Wi-Fi est gratuit et fonctionne parfaitement partout dans le riad, ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

Honnêtement, rien de particulier. Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé et nous n’avons rencontré aucun point négatif notable.

Très bon hôtel sur la place Jamaa et pas cher
Pros:

L'hôtel est parfait et à quelques mètres de la place. On voit bien que les chambres ont été refaites à neuf. Tous les équipements décrits sur Booking sont présents et fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est très bien (discuter avec la personne avant qu'elle ne vous serve pour éviter le gaspillage). J'ai aussi apprécié la douchette hygiénique des WC qui n'est pas présente dans tous les hôtels.

Cons:

Çà n'est pas un reproche mais çà aurait peut être été bien d'avoir un rideaux en plus sur la porte qui mène à la salle de bain pour éliminer toute transparence (j'étais avec mon fils jeune adulte)

Comfortable room. Very warm aircon as the weather was wet and cold. Good wifi and great selection of programmes and movies on tv including newly released. Badr the manager was friendly and helpful. Great location just off the main square.

Cons:

Breakfast can be variable in selection but always adequate. Kettle in the room would be nice as no cafe facilities on site.

La ubicació és molt bona. Està a la plaça.

Cons:

Les instal·lacions són justetes, una habitació molt petita. Està bé per passar la nit, però poc més. Quan vam arribar ens van intentar cobrar, tot i que ja havíem fet el pagament per booking dies abans.

I will stay in the same accommodation next time I’m in Marrakesh for sure :-)
Pros:

The hotel members were really friendly and helpful. I had to leave quite early on my last day and I even got a breakfast bag as a takeaway.

Whenever I came back to the accommodation, I was greeted with my first name and that gave me the personal feeling of being an appreciated and a welcome guest.

Petit déjeuner à partir de 8:00, même si le petit déjeuner est à emporter lorsque l’on part tôt , ce n’est pas idéal

Der Lärm von anderen Gästen die im Hotel waren. Egal um welche Uhrzeit diese kam oder ging waren sie laut und das auch in der Nacht.
