I was nice stay
Pros:

I love the place and hotel is very neat and clean.
Staffs are also cooperative specially mr shiv shankar ji is nice person . Help resolve every problem very soon.

Cons:

Room size is big. I like the cleanliness also

Very disappointing in terms of service. Needs to have better trained staff.
Pros:

The location was good , but the service was very badly lacking .
The bathroom didn't have any exhaust. and very poor layout , and bad drainage
The electric kettle was changed 3 times and that too finally came with a broken lid
Asked for an iron , but none available ( tho the hotel told me on phone that it is available on request)

Cons:

we didn't try the breakfast as we met someone staying there who told us that the breakfast was bad including the tea and we should not even try it.
Even water was not kept, we had to ask for it every time.
Even clean glasses and cups were not possible at night, despite asking for it for about an hour Finally as the kitchen was closed, we were told it was not possible.

Bad experience comes with high charges in this hotel
Pros:

I only liked the location as it is in the center of the main Malviya Nagar market.

Cons:

There is only the bare room and very basic bathroom. Things won't work as expected. No food as no staff was present on Diwali. There were rats in the kitchen area. No TV, fans regulators won't work. Water taps faulty and will take an hour to fill one water bucket, no exhaust fans in the bathroom just the hole in the window so that outsiders can see you taking bath. One attending staff who was present will fall asleep and will not help. If the hotel was not in the market area, we will have to sleep empty stomach as the one staff that was there refused to serve anything, even the tea, in the night when we came hungry.
