Cons:

Complaint

We would like to complain about our stay at Novotel Karawang.

Novotel is a member of an international hotel chain and should therefore meet at least international standards.
This was far from the case. Food remains from the room service stood in the hallway of the floor for more than 24 hours, the first room smelted so much with sewers that we immediately asked for another room. In the second room, the bath towels and pillows have sunk pitifully after old oils from the fry. The worst part was the shower head. Hose, both were brown from the dirt and had mold just as the joints inside and outside the shower stall had mold infestation. The room and hotel did not correspond in any way to the pictures from Booking.com. It was an imposition and unthinkable that we would stay with our 3-year-old son for four nights in such a hotel.
We immediately contacted Booking.com, a free cancellation was not possible.
Therefore, we left the Novotel Karawang without cancellation and switched to a perfect hotel, but despite all the shortcomings, we are currently paying the full price for the four nights, which we find a mess to say the least. So far, we have been satisfied with Booking.com and would like to continue booking our holiday through your site, but in this case we expect compensation from Booking.com to strengthen our confidence in Booking.com, otherwise we may book our holiday through other providers in the future.

Für 2 Nächte ganz ok da gute Anbindung zur Tol Street .
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig . Auch sehr sauber . Frühstücksbüffet gibt es eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Personal teils unfreundlich . Der Poolbereich wird komplett vernachlässigt was die Sauberkeit anbetrifft . ZB . Volle Aschenbecher leere Gläser etc.
