Ok Just for a night stay
Pros:

Nothing great , can be used to refresh and walk out, or just for a single night stay

Cons:

Too small room, no water in bathroom unless we reported and changed the room.

Good location, superb supportive staff. Good for bachelors. For family, best for a single night. AC was a chiller.

Cons:

Not 100% clean for a business hotel, especially toilets with broken seats. Non Smoking rooms, but other guests seemed to Smoke and the smell was all over the corridor.

Stayed at Ess Pe Inn. Toilet was not properly cleaned, geyser wasn’t working, no towels were provided, and there was no Wi-Fi. Very disappointed with the basic facilities.

Pros:

It's ofcourse budget friendly, calm and spacious family room for a group of 5-6 adults. 2 seperate bath/latrines.

Cons:

1 .No bell service and no proper lift system. You have to climb a stair to reach a mezzanine floor for elevator. Then get down at another mezzanine floor and climb another stair to reach where the family room is; meaning you have to carry all you luggage climbing stairs atleast 1 floor till you reach your floor.

2. A single AC for a large room gave moderate cooling only.
