Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – hier passt einfach alles.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut organisiert. Der Service war durchgehend freundlich und professionell, man hat sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: direkt neben der Kathedrale – zentraler geht es kaum. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um alles bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Das Gesamtpaket war einfach stimmig auf hohem Niveau. Genau so stellt man sich einen gelungenen Hotelaufenthalt vor.

Une suite de désagréments, établissement qui se laisse dépérir . Dommage

L’emplacement tres central , je précise que vous êtes à côté de l’église qui sonne (très fort ) à toutes heures du jour ET de la nuit .

Je dois préciser que ceci est mon expérience et ne reflète pas ce que la plupart on vécu peut être avons nous été malchanceux .
Je connais bien le Vietnam pour y avoir vécu et estime avoir une idée certaine de ce que l’on peux trouver comme logement pour ce que nous avons dépensé .

Notre expérience dans cet établissement fut une suite de désagréments disons moyens qui ont fait qu’à la fin nous étions for déçus et éprouvés de ce séjour . Nous sommes arrivés et avons attendu bien 12 min dans le lobby , patientant que quelqu’un arrive ce qui n’est pas grave en soit.
Les photos ne correspondent pas tout à fait ( meilleur éclairage , mise en scène , bien rangé comparé à l’état réel de l’hôtel ) pareil ce n’est pas grave mais c’est désagréable .
Le staff sauf la patronne et un monsieur ne parlent pas bie. Anglais ni français comme suggéré .
Notre chambre sentait la cigarette , et la Clim n’avait pas été nettoyé ( sentait très fort l’humidité) cela arrive dans de tel pays mais là c’était très fort et il se trouve que je suis enceinte .
Nous en parlons au staff qui propose immédiatement de re nettoyer la chambre ou de nous changer de chambre .
Je propose de re nettoyer et de faire passer quelqu’un pour la climatisation pour éviter de trop déranger . Ce n’est pas dans nos habitudes sincèrement de se plaindre trop …
La chambre est bien nettoyé et ne sens plus la cigarette mais l Clim n’est pas nettoyé , nous dormons donc avec le ventilateur qui s’arrête au bout d’un moment automatiquement (timer ) ce qui me réveillera systématiquement chaque nuit ou à cause de la chaleur , je précise qu’il fait un bruit du diable.

Zimmer ok, nichts besonderes, sehr gute Lage. Ich durfte mein Gepäck bis zur Abreise unterstellen, das war super.

Personal an der Rezeption ziemlich unmotiviert und kaum Englisch.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the Old Quarters
Pros:

The staff helped us use the service to wash our clothes

Cons:

The hotel smells really bad. They put a lot of cleaning tools in front of our room. It looks messy and dirty. The towels are torn. The bed linen is smelly.

Pros:

The hotel was in a good location—within walking distance of Train Street and the Old Quarter. The hotel itself wasn’t anything special and perhaps a bit pricey for what you get. However, it was still quite nice and clean overall.

Cons:

Based on the photos, I expected a proper balcony, but it turned out to be just a standing balcony.
