Cons:

Jeg hadde en svært ubehagelig opplevelse under oppholdet mitt på dette hotellet. Klokken rundt 04:00 på natten våknet jeg av lyder fra døren til rommet mitt. Noen forsøkte å åpne døren – og det virket som de faktisk hadde en nøkkel eller nøkkelkort som fungerte.
Heldigvis våknet jeg av lydene og rakk å reagere og lage lyd, noe som gjorde at personen forsvant før de kom inn. Men opplevelsen var veldig skremmende. Det mest bekymringsfulle er at noen tydeligvis hadde tilgang til en nøkkel til rommet mitt. Som gjest forventer man at hotellrommet er et trygt og privat sted.
Jeg stiller derfor et alvorlig spørsmål til hotellet: Hvem har tilgang til nøklene til gjesterommene, og hvordan kan noen forsøke å gå inn på et rom midt på natten?
Dette ødela følelsen av trygghet under oppholdet, og jeg håper hotellet tar dette svært alvorlig og undersøker hva som har skjedd slik at andre gjester ikke opplever det samme.

Pros:

The hotel faces the side of the main Hanoi cathedral. It is very close to Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarters, with many restaurants in the neighborhood. The location of the hotel is superb.
My room is very clean. However, it is a room with 3 single beds for a single traveler, making the room a bit crowded. The room has a well-stocked minibar. The free wifi is very good.

A great location, friendly staff and a comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel to stay at when visiting Hanoi.
Pros:

The location was great. On a quiet street in the old town, but a very short walk to all the hussle and bustle.

Cons:

There were some minor things in the room that needed looking at, but these are old , well established hotels so it is expected.

Pros:

Location is very ideal, walking distance to most attractions we want to go. Staff, and even the owner herself, is extremely accommodating and helpful. It was an amazing experience staying here

Pros:

Bardzo dobra bazą wypadową do zwiedzania miasta. Personel bardzo chętny do pomocy. Uważam że stosunek jakości do ceny jest b.dobry.
