酒店很温馨，安静，清洁，一楼公共区很棒。

The room was very attractive - more like a room in someone's house than a hotel room. Breakfast was not provided, but there was an excellent kitchen area, so you could make your own breakfast and even other meals. It's in a residential area with a large shopping mall and plenty of shops within walking distance. I will certainly stay there again if I go back to Bangkok.

Really well done guest house. The owner is very helpful and response and sorted out a small issue I had very quickly. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Very comfy bed and great pillows. Lots of hot water. Short walk out of the compound to shops and 7-11 etc. about 10 mins walk to BTS.

Clean, quiet, good price, good bed, good location (close to mall, BTS, 7-11, lots of restaurants), good security, great bathroom, owner responded to requests quickly.

I had such a good time at the Maneeya Park Residence.
The pretty Residence was located in a nice district with everything you need nearby.
David was a great Host he provided me with everything i needed, i wasn‘t missing anything and i would definetely come back.

Unico intoppo,il numero di telefono su booking e sbagliato ha il prefisso di Singapore,ho avuto problema a trovare la struttura., per il resto tutto ⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏👍

Maneeya was a special experience. I visited with my mom and it will be remembered as the highlight of our stay in Bangkok. The rooms made us feel like royalty and we did not want to leave. Look forward to recommended it to others!

Comfortable stay and protected private space

Perfect Bangkok getaway

Charming place, very peacefull, in contrast to the noise of the big city.
We found it very relaxing.
The hosts are also great, in communication, as persons, in helping us.
Everything was great.
Position also very good - close (35 min in time) to airport due to not having traffic jams in that direction and easy to get to the center with big malls due to BTS station very convenient.
We would definetily come again when returning to Bangkok.

Nowhere else in the world have we been welcomed so warmly. David is an Amazing host with a beautiful villa. The rooms are Comfortable, and go above what you’d expect of any 4 star hotel. His housekeeping staff are warm and helpful. This stay has all the amenities of home with the luxury feel of a reaort stay. We booked our stay during a busy holiday week, otherwise we would have booked it longer. Kitchen is well equipped, showers are amazing, beds comfortable and location is perfect. With a quick grab ride, you can be in the heart of Sukhumvit in minutes, and easy highway access lets you get to further locations without having to worry about the Metro Traffic. I will definitely be staying here again when I need a break from home. Thank you so much David! 🙏

Very quiet, away from any traffic, every thing you needed was there. Bed very comfortable.
Little shop few yards down road, and 7-11 store not far away.

Very clean house, nice room, big shower, the house is nice and beautiful, we enjoyed the room a lot. Quiet neiberhood. A good place for relaxing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

it was so clean and felt very secure. the host was also lovely and super helpful. a short 15 minute walk to the train which was a massive bonus. owner was very quick to respond and super accomodating, would absolutely stay here again
