Cons:

Я думал, что заказываю отдельный номер, тем более за эту сумму. На картинке был хороший опрятный номер. Когда я приехал, то выяснилось, что у меня хостел. Хотя за эти деньги, тем более я бронировал его после 11 ночи, можно было снять что то очень приличное. Постельное бельё на 2 кроватях оказалось грязным и с пятнами, только третья кровать оказалась чистой. Я попросил код от шкафчика для рюкзака парень ушёл проигнорировал мою просьбу, махнув рукой на стол,из за чего мне пришлось спать с рюкзаком в кровати.

Worst experience ever in my lifetime!!!

Nothing actually, only the breakfast buffet was fine

Cons:

Everything, but the worst of the thing was the behaviour of reception staff, they had no professionalism and no manner of how to talk to their customers, they charged me extra to have a single bed even though I had already included it in my booking. The room and the corridor was too dirty, food plates were lying in the hallway, room’s bathroom smelled terrible. The lock key wasn’t even working properly and the hotel has the worst of location, located inside a tiny ally.

They mentioned addresse as 27 cinema road but it was behind the main road in the very narrow street. Rooms are very small. Only picture on internet posting are good.

It was in an awful dirty location so we gave up looking for it after 45 minutes and chose another location. Never saw the place

The location and general cleanliness! Their food at the restaurant on the top floor was quite good.

Cons:

We had to ask for drinking water again and again! And coffee/tea sachets were told to be chargeable but in my experience, they’re often complimentary!
