ريحة الكفرات والمخدات سيئه مهما عطرنا وفرشنا فوقهم ماشي فايده والازعاج من محطة القطار.
Very comfortable bed. Clean.
Lift did not go higher than 3rd level. I had a room on the 4th. With a damaged knee, it is not too easy to climb stairs. Restaurant excellent, but pricy.

I stayed at Fleischer’s Hotel for three nights as part of a group tour. From the outside, the hotel, with its traditional architecture and beautiful view of the lake, makes you think you are about to have a fairytale stay. Unfortunately, once I entered the hotel, my initial excitement quickly turned into disappointment.
Navigating the hotel itself was unnecessarily confusing. Some of the corridors were extremely narrow, barely wide enough for one person, and I found the lift system, with floors such as 3A and 3B, confusing. The signage did not make navigating the different areas of the hotel particularly easy either.
My main issue, however, was the room. I found it very uninviting. While I appreciate that the hotel has a long history and aims to preserve its traditional character, staying in the room felt less like experiencing historic charm and more like going centuries back in time, losing touch with modern-day comforts.
The bed was surprisingly small and seemed better suited to a child than an adult. The room was also quite warm, and in my case there was no fridge and no telephone. These may seem like small details individually, but together they made the room considerably less comfortable and convenient, particularly during a three-night stay. The one positive aspect of my room was the beautiful view of the lake.
Another detail that I found rather unprofessional concerned housekeeping. If you opted for “Do Not Disturb,” clean towels were left outside the room in a simple plastic bag. For a hotel of this type, I would have expected a more professional presentation.
Breakfast was better. There was a fairly good selection of pastries, and I found the restaurant itself to be well maintained.
I had limited interaction with the staff, but one interaction deserves particular mention. A gentleman I spoke to was very kind and helpful, with commendable English. When I asked him for information, he not only provided what I needed but went above and beyond by offering additional useful information. He also kindly offered me an umbrella after informing me that heavy rain was expected. I greatly appreciated his helpfulness and thoughtfulness.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
