Great option for staying in Hyannis
Pros:

Location is super, right off Hyannis Main Street, pretty much smack in the middle and only 15 minute walk from the harbor. The kitchenette is well equipped for cooking simple meals (as in all such places there is no cutting board and sharp knives - bring your own). The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious for 3-4 people. Everything was clean.

Cons:

The AC was somewhat loud, though this is common for this type of accommodations. We could sometimes hear tv/music from the room next to us or from the hallway, though this was not a big issue. They do not provide room service - noting as more as an fyi, as we only stayed 3 nights and did not really need it.

Bonne surprise
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, à côté de la rue principale. Donc tout peut se faire à pied.
Coin barbecue très sympa
Malgré la chaleur étouffante le jacuzzi est très sympa.
Chambre spacieuse et rien à redire pour la propreté

Cons:

Evidemment pour commencer qu'ils n'aient pas retrouvé ma réservation. Mais le problème a été résolu. Une première pour moi en 20 ans quand même.
Difficile de trouver quelqu'un en cas de souci. Je n'ai vu qu'une responsable de l'accueil (qui fait très bien son travail, mais qui ne peut être là 24/24!), sinon téléphone. Et mon anglais est trop insuffisant pour que j'aime téléphoner.
Comme je le craignais la situation parfaite a un inconvénient : en revenant à l'hôtel un samedi soir plus la moindre place de parc, toutes occupées par ceux faisant la fête sur main street.
Et je déteste les rideaux obscurcissants qui n'obscurcissent pas!

Area is not nice. Teenagers smoke weed and drugs at night. My car windshield was broken on first night.

I would stay here again
Pros:

The location was close to everything I wanted to do.

Cons:

The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. My tub was clogged but maintaince handled it quickly.

Pros:

Very nice pool, and nice area- lots to do around

Cons:

Room wasn't clean, smoke detectors going off(had to nag staff to replace batteries(replaced with dead batteries), stained linens, staff was unhelpful and manager was rude and argumentative.
